چکیده | ||
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی میزان دانش عصب شناختی، سبکهای تفکر و ترجیح سبک تدریس معلمان ابتدایی مدارس شهرستان آمل در سال 98-1397 انجام شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را تمامی معلمان دوره ابتدایی شهرستان آمل در سال تحصیلی 98-1397، تشکیل داد. تعداد 98 نفر به عنوان نمونه مورد نظر با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. پس از انتخاب نمونههای موردنظر، از معلمان خواسته شد تا به مقیاس دانش عصب شناختی معلمان هرکولانو-هوزل (2002)، پرسشنامه سبکهای تفکر استرنبرگ و واگنر (1992) و پرسشنامه ترجیح سبک تدریس موسیپور (1998) پاسخ دهند. یافتهها نشان داد معلمان به طور معناداری به سبک تدریس فعال (01/9-t= ، 0001> p) گرایش دارند. همچنین نتایج آزمون تی تک نمونهای نشان داد کلیه معلمان مورد بررسی با توجه به میانگین نمرات کسب شده از پرسشنامهها، از نظر دانش عصب شناختی (73/14-t= ، 005> p) در طبقه متوسط قرار گرفتند، و بیشتر از سبک تفکر قانونی (43/13t= ، 0001> p) و سبک تفکر آزاداندیش (19/12t= ، 0001> p) برخوردار بودند و از سبک تفکر محافظه کار (40/3-t= ، 001/0> p) کمتر و از سبک تفکر اجرایی (88/2t= ، 0001> p) و سبک تفکر قضایی (41/9t= ، 0001> p) بیشتر از حد متوسط استفاده میکردند. | ||

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the neuroscientific knowledge, thinking styles and preferred teaching style of teachers of primary schools in Amol city in the years 2018-2019. The statistical population of this study consisted of all elementary school teachers in Amol city in the academic year of 2018-2019. 98 individuals were selected using available sampling method. After selecting the samples, teachers were asked to answer the teachers' Neurological Knowledge Scale (Herculano-Houzel, 2002), Sternberg Thinking Styles Questionnaire (Sternberg & Wagner, 1992), and Teaching Style Preference Questionnaire (Moosapoor, 1998). The findings showed that teachers tend to have a significantly more active teaching style (p < 0.0001, t = 9.01). Also, the results of one sample showed that all teachers surveyed were in the middle class in terms of neurological knowledge (p < 0.005, t = -14.73) according to the average scores obtained from the questionnaires. and having more of a Legislative thinking style (p < 0.0001, t = 13.43) and a Liberal thinking style (p < 0.0001, t = 12.19), and less than of the Conservative thinking style (p < 0.001, t = -3.40). and they used the executive thinking style (p < 0.0001, t = 2.88) and the judicial thinking style (p < 0.0001, t = 9.41) more than average. | ||
