چکیده | ||
این پژوهش، با هدف بررسی دیدگاه اساتید کارورزی دانشگاه فرهنگیان به شیوه کیفی و روش پدیدارشناختی انجام شده است. گردآوری اطلاعات با روش مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بود و در ابتدا پرسشهای راهنمای مصاحبه تهیه و پس از اجرای یک نمونه، متن مصاحبه پیاده و پرسشها مورد تجدید نظر قرار گرفت، تا دادههای جمعآوری شده برای پاسخ به پرسش پژوهش از ظرفیت بیشتری برخوردار باشد. تعداد 15 نفر از اساتید بهصورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند این افراد به عنوان مجری برنامه کارورزی با رویکرد معلم فکور در 4 ترم متوالی، اطلاعاتی عمیق و غنی از چگونگی اجرای برنامه و تأثیرات آن بر دانشجویان در اختیار پژوهشگر قرار دادند. هر مصاحبه بین 60 - 45 دقیقه به طول میانجامید و متنهای حاصل از مصاحبهها، با استفاده از روش کدگذاری(سه مرحلهای) تحلیل و تفسیر شد. ارتباط طولانی مدت پژوهشگر به عنوان مدرس پرسابقه تربیت معلم و مشاهدات مداوم این محیط پژوهشی، اعتبار یافتههای پژوهش را مورد تایید قرار میدهد و یادداشتبرداری دقیق و کدگذاری مفصل پایایی یافتهها را ممکن میسازد. یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که رویکرد برنامه درسی دانشگاه فرهنگیان بر عمل تأملی و موقعیت محور تأکید دارد اما محتوا، مستلزم بهکارگیری دانش ترکیبی(تربیتی موضوعی) و کاربردی است. یادگیری مبتنی بر بافت/ زمینه است و با توجه به موقعیت و تجربیات فردی، سازماندهی میشود. برنامه با بهکارگیری راهبرد مشاهده تأملی، روایتنویسی، کنشپژوهی و درسپژوهی؛ گفتگوی دیالکتیکی، حل مسئله در آموزش، ارائه بازخوردهای تأملی، خودارزیابی و ارزیابی همتایان بر اساس سطوح موفقیت در ارزشیابی، توانسته بر خودآگاهی حرفهای، عاملیت، میل به یادگیری و تغییر، ریسکپذیری برای روبرو شدن با چالشها، تعامل حرفهای و کاهش فاصله میان نظر و عمل دانشجویان تأثیرگذار باشد. در اجرا، برنامه با چالشهای: ساختارهای سازمانی، قوانین و رویههای حاکم بر روابط میان دانشگاه و آموزش و پرورش، حاکمیت روشهای سنتی در مدارس و محدود بودن شرایط برای کسب تجربیات حرفهای، عدم پشتیبانی علمی و حرفهای از مجریان از سوی مراجع ذیربط، مراکز علمی و پژوهشی متناسب با اقتضائات برنامه که موجب بازتعریف نوآوریها در قالب تجربیات پیشین روبرو بوده است. | ||

The aim of this study was to investigate the views of internship professors at Farhangian University in a qualitative manner using phenomenological methods. The method of data collection was semi-structured interviews; For this purpose, 15 professors were purposefully selected. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and the text of the interviews was analyzed and interpreted using a coded (three-step) method. Findings showed that the curriculum approach of Farhangian University emphasizes reflective action, and position-oriented, content requires the application of interdisciplinary knowledge (PCK) and applied. The program uses the strategy of reflective observation, narration, personal action research, and lesson study; Dialectical dialogue, problem-solving in education and providing reflective feedback, Self-assessment, and peer evaluation based on levels of success in assessment, has been able to influence professional self-awareness, agency, desire to learn and change, risk-taking to face challenges, professional interaction and reduce the gap between students' opinions and actions. The results also showed that the program has faced challenges in implementation, including organizational structures, laws, and procedures governing the relationship between the university and education, the dominance of traditional methods in schools and the limited conditions for gaining professional experience, lack of scientific and professional support from the authorities by the relevant authorities, scientific and research centers in accordance with the requirements of the program, which redefines innovation Are in the form of previous experiences. | ||
