| چکیده | ||
| آموزش ضمنخدمت معلمان در راستای یادگیری مادامالعمر یک ضرورت انکار ناپذیر برای ارتقای قابلیتها و مهارتهای مورد نیاز در دنیای در حال تغییر است. هدف از اجرای پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر طرح آموزش ضمنخدمت خودخوان بر عملکرد اخلاقی معلمان مقطع ابتدائی شهر زاهدان بود. روش این پژوهش از نوع طرح های شبه آزمایشی با پیش آزمون و پس آزمون یکسان بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه معلمان مقطع ابتدایی شهر زاهدان بودند. نمونه آماری شامل 30 آموزگار مقطع ابتدائی بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند 15 نفر از بین معلمان مجری طرح ضمنخدمت خودخوان به عنوان گروه آزمایش و 15 نفر از معلمان دارای سوابق و شرایط شغلی مشابه به عنوان گروه گواه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه رشد اخلاقی سندگل (1390) بود. نتایج به دست آمده از این پژوهش نشان داد که، طرح آموزش ضمنخدمت خودخوان بر عملکرد معلمان مقطع ابتدائی در زمینه های امانتداری، رعایت قوانین و مقررات، همکاری و مسئولیتپذیری تاثیر دارد. | ||

| In-service teacher education toward lifelong learning is an undeniable necessity for improving the capabilities and skills required for a changing world. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of self-directed learning in-service education plan on the moral performance of primary school teachers in Zahedan. The method of this research was quasi-experimental designs with the same pre-test and post-test. The statistical population included all primary school teachers in Zahedan. The statistical sample consisted of 30 primary school teachers. Using purposive sampling method, 15 teachers were selected as the experimental group and 15 teachers with similar backgrounds and working conditions were selected as the control group. Data collection tool was Sanadgol Ethical Growth Questionnaire (2011). The results of this study showed that the self-directed learning in-service training plan has an impact on the performance of primary school teachers in the field of fiduciary duty, compliance with rules and regulations, cooperation and responsibility. | ||
