چکیده | ||
رویکرد آموزشی، روشی برای نگریستن به آموزش و یادگیری، و زیربنای هر رویکرد آموزشی، دیدگاه نظری در خصوص ماهیت آموزش و چگونگی یادگیری در محیطهای آموزشی متنوع است. هر رویکردی به ایجاد روشهایی منجر میشود که فعالیتها و تکنیکهای کلاس درس برای کمک به یادگیری را شکل میدهد. آموزش ضمن خدمت معلمان، یک فعالیت حرفهای و شخصی به منظور ارتقای کارایی، توانایی، دانش و انگیزه در فرایند زندگی حرفهای میباشد و به دنبال آن است که محیطهای مستعد و موثری را برای توسعه اثربخشی معلمان در کلاس درس ایجاد نماید. هدف پژوهش حاضر، مقایسه ویژگیهای نظام تربیت معلم با تأکید بر رویکردهای آموزشی و آموزش ضمن خدمت معلمان در فنلاند، انگلستان، ژاپن و ایران است. بازتعریف و بهبود رویکردهای آموزشی و سازوکارهای آموزشهای ضمن خدمت در آموزش معلمان، نیازمند نیازسنجی و استفاده از تجارب دیگر کشورها است. اگر هدف پژوهشهای تطبیقی، شناسایی شباهتها و تفاوتها بین موجودیتهای اجتماعی است، با توجه به تسلط زبان علمی در نهادهای آموزشی متناسب با تعییرات دانش و فنآوری در بستر جهانیسازی، فهم و استفاده از ظرفیتهای مفید دیگر کشورها در تعریف و به کارگیری رویکردهای آموزشی متنوع و کیفی کردن آموزشهای ضمن خدمت ضروری است. روش انجام این پژوهش، تطبیقی است که با رویکرد کیفی و با استفاده از الگوی چهار مرحلهای بردی انجام شده است. برای گردآوری دادهها از اسناد و مدارک علمی موجود و همچنین نتایج گزارشهای منتشر شده در خصوص نظام تربیت معلم در چهار کشور مذکور استفاده شد. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که از نظر شباهت، در چهار کشور مذکور، دورههای آموزشی و کارورزی تعریف شده است. رویکردهای آموزشی در کشور فنلاند، ژاپن و انگلستان متنوع، پژوهش محور، متناسب با گفتمانهای علمی و فنآوری، و تغییرات اجتماعی روز جوامع است و در ایران، آموزش محور است. هدف از آموزش ضمن خدمت معلمان در چهار کشور مورد مطالعه، رشد و توسعه حرفهای مداوم معلمان است. در کشور فنلاند، انگلستان و ژاپن این آموزشها برگرفته از نیاز واقعی جامعه معلمان، متناسب با ضروریات فردی، سازمانی، و اولویتهای علمی و آموزشی است. در ایران بیشتر بر موضوعات ارزشی و تربیتی تاکید میشود. | ||

Abstract: approach is a way of looking at teaching and learning. Underlying any teching approach is a theoretical view of nature of education and how to learn in diverse educational envirement. An approach gives rise to methods that shape classroom activites and techniques to aid learning. In service teacher education is to a promote the continuous professional development by providing planned efforts to promote the professional growth and development of teachers. This paper aims to compare the characteristics of the teacher education system with emphasis on educational approaches and in- service teacher training in Finland, the United Kingdom, Japan and Iran. The method is comparative research with qualitative approach. Existing scientific documents as well as the results of published reports on the teacher education system in the four countries were used to collect data. The results showed that training and internship course there is in Iran and Finland, England, japan. Educational approaches in Finland, England, japan are diverse, research- oriented and Scientific and technological discourses, and social changes, but in Iran is Traditional education – oriented. The purpose of in-service training for teachers in Finland, England, japan are real needs of teachers and Individual and organizational priorities, but in Iran is more religious issues. | ||
