| چکیده | ||

| چکیده [English] | ||
| Background and objectives: This research was conducted with the aim of studying the role of person-organization fit in psychological ownership and creative behaviors of physical education teachers. Methods: This study was practical and in terms of data collection, it was a descriptive research. All the physical education teachers working in Golestan province with the number of 557 people were the statistical population of this study, of which 228 of them selected as a sample using the stratified random sampling method and answered the standard questionnaires of person-organization fit, psychological ownership and creative behaviors. The content validity of the tool used was confirmed by 5 doctorates in sports management, and the reliability of the questionnaires in a pilot study was estimated by Cronbach's alpha test as 0.77, 0.79, and 0.76 for the variables of person-organization fit, psychological ownership, and creative behaviors, respectively. Data analysis was done in two descriptive and inferential ways (structural equivalent modeling using Smart PLS software). Findings: The research findings indicated that the relationship between the person-organization fit and psychological ownership of physical education teachers is positive and significant (β=0.905, t=49.603). Another part of the results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the person-organization fit and the creative behaviors of physical education teachers (β=0.289, t=2.291). Finally, the results showed that the relationship between person-organization fit and creative behaviors of physical education teachers with the mediating role of psychological ownership is positive and significant (β=0.528, t=4.732). Conclusion: It can be concluded that the fit of teachers with their organization can bring positive consequences such as psychological ownership and creative behaviors. According to the findings of the present research, it is suggested to consider individual characteristics when hiring physical education teachers and also create the necessary conditions for physical education teachers who can adapt to their needs and job conditions. | ||
