چکیده | ||
رضایتمندی معلمان یکی از اساسیترین کارهای مدیران حرفهای مدارس میباشد. اگر مدیر بتواند با ایجاد شرایط مناسب رشد و به وجود آوردن جوّی انسانی و عاطفی، زمینه رضایت و افزایش انگیزه و به تبع آن کارایی و عملکرد مطلوب نومعلمان را ارتقا دهد، میتوان ادعا کرد که احساس رضایت نسبی را در آنها ایجاد نموده است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر مقایسه دیدگاه مدیران و نومعلمان از تعامل و رضایت از دورههای آموزشی دانشگاه فرهنگیان بود. مطالعه حاضر از نوع پژوهشهای کمی و توصیفی انجام شد و با شیوه نمونهگیری خوشهای تصادفی در یک گروه نمونه شامل 452 نومعلم و 295 مدیر انجام شد. مولفههای شیوههای ارتباطی، راهنمایی ایفای وظایف حرفهای، حمایت از نومعلمان، رضایت از تعامل و رضایت از دوره با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته 21 سوالی با طیف لیکرت بررسی شدند. روایی محتوایی ابزار با دو شاخص روایی محتوایی و نسبت روایی محتوایی تأیید شد و پایایی نیز بر اساس رویه آلفای کرونباخ با مقدار 83/0 محاسبه شد. تحلیل دادهها بر اساس آزمون تی و تحلیل واریانس نشان داد که کیفیت تعامل از دیدگاه نومعلمان در مناطق جغرافیایی تعیین شده یکسان است. همچنین دیدگاه مدیران مناطق تعیین شده نیز در برخی متغیرها متفاوت بود و بین نظرات نومعلمان و مدیران در مورد مولفههای تعامل تفاوت معنادار وجود داشت. میتوان نتیجه گرفت که تفاوت نظر مدیران و معلمان بیانگر انتظارات سطح بالاتر مدیران از کیفیت تعامل با نومعلمان است که به نظر میرسد با اثربخشی فعالیتها مرتبط باشد. | ||

Establishing good and constructive relationships and gaining the opinion and satisfaction of teachers is one of the most basic tasks of professional school administrators. If the manager can improve the conditions for growth and create a human and emotional atmosphere, the satisfaction and increase the motivation, and consequently the efficiency and performance of the new teachers, it can be claimed that he has created a feeling of relative satisfaction in them. Therefore, the purpose of the current research was to compare the views of principals and new teachers on the interaction and satisfaction with the educational courses of Farhangian University. The present study was descriptive research in a sample group including 452 new teachers and 295 principals. The components of communication methods, guidance in performing professional duties, support for new teachers, satisfaction with interaction and satisfaction with the course were investigated using a 21-question Likert scale questionnaire. The content validity of the tool was confirmed with CVR and CVI, and the reliability was calculated with Cronbach's alpha of 0.83. Data analysis based on T-test and analysis of variance showed that the quality of interaction from the point of view of new teachers is the same in the designated geographical areas; | ||
