| چکیده | ||
| اهداف: هدف این پژوهش بررسی رابطۀ نظارت و راهنمایی راهبران آموزشی و تربیتی، با صلاحیت‌های حرفه‌ای معلمان و مدیران مدارس ابتدایی شهرستان اسدآباد، در سال تحصیلی 1402-1401 است. روش: روش انجام پژوهش، توصیفی - پیمایشی از نوع همبستگی و جامعة آماری شامل مدیران و معلمان دورة ابتدایی به تعداد 443 نفر بود که به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده 210 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای اندازه‌گیری شامل پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد راهنمایی و نظارت سبحانی‌نژاد و آقاحسینی (1394) و پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته صلاحیت‌های حرفه‌ای معلمان و مدیران است. پایایی پرسشنامه ها بالاتر از 07/0 و روایی آن‌ها مورد تایید خبرگان است. از روش‌های آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون همزمان و آزمون تی گروه‌های مستقل استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد نظارت و راهنمایی راهبران آموزشی و تربیتی موجب ارتقای صلاحیت‌های دانشی، مهارتی، نگرشی/ارزشی، شخصیتی/اخلاقی و صلاحیت‌های پژوهشی معلمان و همچنین صلاحیت‌های دانشی، اعتقادی/اخلاقی، شخصیتی، اجرایی، مدیریت و رهبری و صلاحیت ارتباطی مدیران می‌شود. آزمون تی گروه‌های مستقل نشان داد که بین نظرات معلمان و مدیران در خصوص نظارت و راهنمایی راهبران آموزشی و تربیتی، تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد نظارت و راهنمایی راهبران آموزشی و تربیتی موجب ارتقای صلاحیت‌های حرفه‌ای معلمان و مدیران مدارس ابتدایی می‌شود. | ||

| Background and Objectives: The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between the supervision and guidance of educational leaders and the professional qualifications of teachers and principals of primary schools in Asadabad City in the academic year of 2023-2024. Methods: The method of the research was a descriptive-survey of the correlation type and the statistical population including principals and teachers of primary school were 443, 210 individuals were selected by simple random sampling method. The measurement tools included the standard guidance and supervision questionnaires of Sobhaninejad and Agha Hosseini (2014) and the researcher-made questionnaire of the professional qualifications of teachers and administrators. The reliability of the questionnaires is higher than 7% And their validity was confirmed by experts before implementation. The statistical methods of Pearson correlation coefficient, simultaneous regression and independent groups t-test were used. Findings: The findings showed that the supervision and guidance of educational and educational leaders improve the knowledge, skill, attitude/value, personality/ethical and research qualifications of teachers. The t-test of independent groups showed that there is no significant difference between the opinions of teachers and administrators regarding the supervision and guidance of educational leaders. Conclusion: The results of the research showed that the supervision and guidance of educational and educational leaders improves the professional qualifications of teachers and principals of primary schools. | ||
