چکیده | ||
پیشینه و اهداف: هدف از پژوهش پیشرو، شناسایی ابعاد،مولفهها وعوامل موثربرانگیزه اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه فرهنگیان است. روش: این پژوهش با روش تحلیل محتوا کیفی انجام شده است.جامعه آماری پژوهش را خبرگان حوزه موضوعی تشکیل میدهند که از این میان، 25 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. براین اساس،ابتدا بر اساس ادبیات پژوهش ابعاد، مولفهها وعوامل موثر شناسایی و تحلیل محتوا شدند. سپس، بر اساس نظر خبرگان مورد تایید قرار گرفتند.تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوای عرفی با استفاده از نرم افزارMAXQDA و آزمونهای میانگین، انحراف معیار و آزمون تی با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS انجام شد. یافتهها: در یافتهها، چهار بعد (ماهیت کار، میل به کسب موفقیت، رشد حرفهای و قدر و منزلت اجتماعی) در قالب مولفههای نهگانه (خودمختاری،معنی داری شغل،جذابیت شغل،تعهد سازمانی،خودکار آمدی،میل به پیشرفت،تمایل به پژوهش، شناخت وقدردانی واحترام اجتماعی) دستهبندی شدند.در مجموع38 شاخص (گزاره کلیدی) نیز بدست آمد.افزون بر این،عوامل موثر بر انگیزه نیز شامل عوامل اقتصادی،فرهنگی،محیطی و مدیریتی با 35 شاخص شناسایی شدند. نتیجهگیری: با بکارگیری نتایج این مطالعه میتوان به فهم بهتری از عوامل موثر بر انگیزه اعضای هیئت علمی بهبود کیفیت آموزش و پژوهش در دانشگاه دست یافت. در نهایت به توسعه و پیشرفت دانشگاه و جامعه کمک کرد. | ||

Background and objectives: The aim of the upcoming research is to identify dimensions, components and effective factors on the motivation of faculty members of Farhangian University. Method: This research was conducted using the qualitative content analysis method. The statistical population of the research is made up of experts in the subject area, of which 25 people were selected using the purposeful sampling method. Therefore, based on the research literature, dimensions, components and effective factors were identified and content analyzed. Then, they were approved based on the opinion of experts. Data analysis was done using conventional content analysis method using MAXQDA software and mean, standard deviation and t-test using SPSS. Findings: In the findings, four dimensions (nature of work, desire to achieve success, professional growth and social dignity) in the form of nine components (autonomy, job meaning, job attractiveness, organizational commitment, self-employment, desire to progress, desire to research, recognition, appreciation and social respect) were categorized. A total of 38 indicators (key statements) were obtained. In addition, the factors affecting motivation included economic, cultural, environmental and managerial factors.
