چکیده | ||
تلفیق فناوریهای دیجیتال در فرآیند یاددهی و یادگیری یک پدیده جهانی است که عمدتاً در مراکز آموزشی با هدف بهبود سیستم آموزشی توصیه میشوند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و تبیین شایستگی دیجیتال معلمان در فرآیند یاددهی- یادگیری مدارس آینده با استفاده از رویکرد دلفی فازی بین خبرگان انجام گرفت. این پژوهش با رویکرد کمی و کیفی در دسته پژوهشهای آمیخته است که از حیث ماهیت و روش توصیفی- پیمایشی و از نظر هدف کاربردی است. در بخش کیفی پژوهش برای گردآوری اطلاعات از مصاحبة نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده شد و مصاحبهها با استفاده از نرمافزار اتلستی تحلیل گردید. نتایج پژوهش نشاندهنده این است که به ترتیب شاخصهای سواد دیجیتال، ارتباطات و تولید محتوا، مسئولیت و حل مسئله، حرفه تدریس و راهنمایی، یادگیری همیارانه و خود هدایتگری، انتخاب منابع و محتوا، مدیریت، حفاظت و اشتراک منابع، ارتباطات سازمانی و همکاری حرفهای، تأمل در عملکرد، رشد حرفهای و حمایت عاطفی، شخصیسازی یادگیری، دسترسپذیری و یادگیری فعال، راهبردهای ارزیابی، تحلیل و برنامهریزی از مهمترین ویژگیهای شایستگی دیجیتال معلمان در مدارس آینده میباشد. | ||

The integration of digital technologies in the teaching and learning process is a global phenomenon that is mainly recommended in educational centers with the aim of improving the educational system. The present study was conducted with the aim of identifying and explaining the digital competence of teachers in the teaching-learning process of future schools using the fuzzy delphi approach among experts. This research with a quantitative and qualitative approach is in the category of mixed research, which is descriptive-survey in nature and method and practical in terms of purpose. In the qualitative part of the research, a semi-structured interview was used to collect information, and the interviews were analyzed using Atlas software. The results of the research show that the indicators of digital literacy, communication and content production, responsibility and problem solving, teaching and guidance profession, cooperative learning and self-direction, resource and content selection, management, protection and sharing of resources, organizational communication and professional cooperation, respectively, reflection on performance, professional growth and emotional support, personalization of learning, accessibility and active learning, evaluation strategies, analysis and planning are among the most important features of digital competence of teachers in future schools. | ||
