| چکیده | ||
| پیشینه و اهداف: این پژوهش به بررسی نقش اصول اخلاق اسلامی در مدیریت ایمنی و کاهش خطرات شیمیایی در آزمایشگاه‌های شیمی پرداخته و بر اهمیت آن‌ها در ارتقای فرهنگ ایمنی، حفاظت از محیط زیست و توسعه رفتارهای اخلاقی و مسئولانه تأکید دارد. روش‌ها :این تحقیق از روش‌های توصیفی-تحلیلی استفاده کرده و داده‌ها از طریق بررسی مستندات جمع‌آوری شده است، اصولی نظیر «پرهیز از آسیب رساندن به دیگران»، «امانت‌داری» و «حفاظت از محیط زیست» در زمینه کاربرد آن‌ها در شیوه‌های ایمنی آزمایشگاهی تحلیل شده‌اند. یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که تلفیق این اصول با دستورالعمل‌های مدرن ایمنی می‌تواند به‌طور قابل توجهی خطرات شیمیایی را کاهش داده، مسئولیت‌پذیری کارکنان و دانشجویان را تقویت کرده و به ترویج شیوه‌های پایدار کمک کند. به‌عنوان مثال، اصل امانت‌داری باعث استفاده دقیق و مسئولانه از مواد شیمیایی می‌شود، در حالی‌که اصل حفاظت از محیط زیست، مدیریت بهینه پسماندهای شیمیایی و کاهش اثرات زیست‌محیطی را ممکن می‌سازد. نتیجه‌گیری: بااین‌حال، موانعی مانند نبود آگاهی کافی، مقاومت در برابر تغییرات سازمانی و عدم وجود دستورالعمل‌های شفاف همچنان وجود دارد. این پژوهش پیشنهاد می‌دهد که با برگزاری دوره‌های آموزشی منظم مبتنی بر اخلاق اسلامی، تدوین دستورالعمل‌های ایمنی و اخلاقی شفاف، و ایجاد نظام‌های نظارتی مؤثر، این موانع برطرف شوند. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که ترکیب اصول اخلاق اسلامی با استانداردهای مدرن ایمنی، می‌تواند محیط‌های آزمایشگاهی ایمن‌تر، اخلاق‌محورتر و پایدارتر ایجاد کند. در نهایت، این مقاله با ارائه بینش‌ها و پیشنهادهای عملی به دنبال تقویت ادغام مسئولیت اخلاقی در مدیریت آزمایشگاه‌های شیمی است تا محیط‌های علمی ایمن‌تر و پایدارتر شکل گیرد. | ||

| Background and Objectives: This study examines the role of Islamic ethical principles in safety management and the reduction of chemical hazards in chemistry laboratories, emphasizing their importance in promoting a safety culture, environmental protection, and the development of ethical and responsible behaviors. Methods: This research utilized descriptive-analytical methods, with data collected through document review، Principles such as "inflicting no harm on others," "trustworthiness," and "environmental protection" were analyzed in the context of their application in laboratory safety practices. Findings: The findings indicate that integrating these principles with modern safety guidelines can significantly reduce chemical hazards, enhance the responsibility of staff and students, and promote sustainable practices، For example, the principle of trustworthiness ensures the precise and responsible use of chemicals, while the principle of environmental protection facilitates optimal chemical waste management and minimizes environmental effects. Conclusion: However, barriers such as lack of awareness, resistance to organizational changes, and the absence of clear guidelines still persist، The study suggests that these obstacles can be overcome by conducting regular training courses based on Islamic ethics, formulating clear safety and ethical guidelines, and establishing effective monitoring systems، The findings show that combining Islamic ethical principles with modern safety standards can create safer, more ethical, and sustainable laboratory environments، Ultimately, this paper aims to enhance the integration of ethical responsibility into laboratory management to foster safer and more sustainable scientific environments. | ||
