| چکیده | ||
| این پژوهش با هدف سنجش کیفیت خدمات آموزشی مدارس دوره دوم متوسطه در استان خوزستان بر اساس مدل سرکوال انجام گرفته است. پژوهش از نوع توصیفی - پیمایشی بوده و جامعه آماری آن متشکل از دانش آموزان شهرهای اهواز، دزفول، لالی، اندیکا و مسجدسلیمان بوده که به تعداد 48126 نفر بوده که تعداد 400 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری و به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده بر اساس جدول مورگان انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها پرسشنامه 30 سوالی محقق ساخته بوده که روایی صوری و محتوایی آن توسط متخصصین به تائید رسیده و پایایی آن با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ به مقدر 88/0 تعیین گردید که در حد قابل قبول می باشد. نتایج پژوهش بعد از تجزیه و تحلیل داده های حاصل از پرسشنامه های دریافت شده، نشان داد که در بُعد ملموسات میانگین 59.5 درصدی، در بُعد قابلیت اطمینان میانگین 79 درصدی، در بُعد تضمین میانگین 68 درصدی، در بُعد همدلی میانگین 77 درصدی و در بُعد پاسخگویی میانگین 75 درصدی بدست آمد که همه موارد بالاتر از حد متوسط(میانگین 60 درصدی) در نظر گرفته شده در پژوهش بود که نشان دهنده این است که خدمات آموزشی مدارس دوره متوسطه دوم استان خوزستان بر مبنای پنج بُعد مدل سرکوال مطلوب ارزیابی می گردد. | ||

| This research was conducted with the aim of measuring the quality of educational services of schools in Khuzestan province based on the Servqual model. The research is of a descriptive-survey type and its statistical population consists of students from the cities of Ahvaz, Dezful, Lali, Endika, and Masjid Suleiman, which is 48,126 people, of which 400 people are a statistical sample and are based on a simple random sampling method. They were selected based on Morgan's table. The data collection tool was a 30-question questionnaire made by the researcher, whose formal and content validity was confirmed by experts, and its reliability was determined to be 0.88 using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, which is acceptable.The results showed that an average of 59.5% was obtained in the dimension of tangibles, an average of 79% in the dimension of reliability, an average of 68% in the dimension of assurance, an average of 77% in the dimension of empathy, and an average of 75% in the dimension of responsiveness, all of which are above average.It was taken in the research, which shows that the educational services of the second secondary schools of Khuzestan province are evaluated based on the five dimensions of the Servqual model | ||
