| چکیده | ||
| هدف از انجام این مقاله بررسی و آسیب شناسی برنامه درسی غیررسمی دانشگاه فرهنگیان در قالب نحوه اجرای ساعت فرهنگی در سطح دانشگاه فرهنگیان بود. پژوهش حاضر از نظر راهبرد اصلی از روش کیفی و از نظر هدف،کاربردی و از نوع توصیفی-تحلیلی می باشد.تکنیک جمع آوری داده ها مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته است، در این زمینه از تکنیک 5w1h بهره گرفته تا مسائل و چالش های نحوی اجرای ساعات فرهنگی شناسایی و احصاء شود. جامعه آماری شامل کارشناسان فرهنگی سراسر کشور و دانشجومعلمان فعال فرهنگی بوده که به صورت نمونه گیری هدفمند و به روش گلوله برفی انتخاب شده اند.داده های خام با استفاده از نرم افزارMaxQDA2020 تجزیه و تحلیل گردید.یافته های تحقیق بیانگر اینست که26مولفه فرعی در قالب6 مقوله اصلی در نحوه اجرای ساعت فرهنگی موثرند که عبارتند از: مکانیسم و سازوکار اجرای برنامه ساعت فرهنگی، مدت زمان و روز اجرای ساعت فرهنگی، بسترها و زیرساخت های سخت افزاری، بسترها و زیرساخت های نرم افزاری، موانع و چالش های پیش رو و همچنین پیشنهادات و راهکارهای عملیاتی می باشد.در این راستا هم 6پیشنهاد به منظور کیفیت بخشی و تعالی برنامه ساعت فرهنگی مطرح گردید ازجمله :1- تولید محتوا و برنامه های نیاز محور،تلاش برای جذب حداکثری دانشجومعلمان،تغییر و اصلاح رویکرد مدیران به حوزه فرهنگی ،کاهش بوروکراسی اداری و استفاده از ظرفیت سایر نهادها و موسسات فرهنگی. | ||

| The purpose of this article was to examine and diagnose the informal curriculum of Farhangian University in the form of how to implement cultural hours at Farhangian University. The present study is qualitative in terms of its main strategy and applied in terms of its purpose and descriptive-analytical. The data collection technique is semi-structured interviews, in this context, the 5w1h technique was used to identify and quantify the problems and challenges of implementing cultural hours. The statistical population included cultural experts from all over the country and active cultural students and teachers who were selected through purposeful sampling and snowball method. Raw data was analyzed using MaxQDA2020 software. The research findings indicate that 26 sub-components in the form of 6 main categories are effective in the implementation of the cultural hour, which include: the mechanism and mechanism of implementing the cultural hour program, the duration and day of implementing the cultural hour, hardware platforms and infrastructures, software platforms and infrastructures, obstacles and challenges ahead, as well as operational suggestions and solutions. In this regard, 6 suggestions were put forward to improve the quality and excellence of the cultural hour program, including: 1- Producing content and needs-based programs, trying to attract maximum student teachers, changing and reforming the managers' approach to the cultural field, reducing administrative bureaucracy, and utilizing the capacity of other cultural institutions and institutions. | ||
