| چکیده | ||
| پیشینه و اهداف: برنامه درسی نقش مهمی در بهبود شرایط آموزشی موجود و دستیابی به وضعیت مطلوب دارد. بنابراین، هدف پژوهش حاضر تحلیل پدیدارشناسانه چالش‌های موجود و پیش‌روی دانشجومعلمان رشته آموزش دانش‌آموزان با نیازهای ویژه بود. روش‌ها: این پژوهش با استفاده از رویکرد کیفی و روش پدیدارشناسی انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش حاضر شامل دانشجومعلمان رشته آموزش دانش‌آموزان با نیازهای ویژه می‌شد که 84 نفر بودند. نمونه پژوهش با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از مصاحبه کیفی نیمه‌ساختاریافته استفاده شد و داده‌ها بعد از مصاحبه با 13 نفر به اشباع رسید. جهت تحلیل داده‌ها از روش کلایزی استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: تحلیل داده‌ها منجر به شناسایی ده مقوله اصلی اصلاح نگرش‌ها، توسعه دانش محتوایی و تخصصی، آشنایی با سرآمدان علمی و پژوهشی، تجهیزات آموزشی، کاربینی و کارورزی، کنترل هیجانات و عواطف، آشنایی با ابزارهای آموزشی، تعامل با خانواده‌ها، توجه به تفاوت‌های فردی و تعامل بین‌رشته‌ای شد. علاوه بر این، بیست و یک زیرمقوله برای این مقوله‌های اصلی استخراج شد که نقش تعیین‌کننده‌ای در کیفیت آموزش دارند. نتیجه‌گیری: شرایطی که امکان دستیابی به حداکثر شایستگی‌های لازم برای دانشجومعلمان رشته آموزش دانش‌آموزان با نیازهای ویژه را فراهم کند، از اولویت‌های برنامه درسی این رشته است. پیشنهادهای برگرفته از این مطالعه بر اهمیت بازنگری برنامه درسی و توجه به چالش‌های موجود به منظور غنی‌سازی برنامه درسی رشته آموزش دانش‌آموزان با نیازهای ویژه تاکید ویژه‌ای دارد. | ||

| Background and Objectives: Curriculum plays an important role in improving existing educational conditions and achieving optimal situation. Therefore, the present study aimed to analyze the phenomenological challenges faced by student teachers in the field of teaching students with special needs. Methods: This study was conducted using qualitative approach and phenomenological method. The current research population included student teachers in the field of teaching students with special needs, which were 84 people. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling method. To collect data, a semi-structured qualitative interview was used and the data reached saturation after interviewing 13 people. Claysey method was used to analyze the data. Findings: Data analysis led to the identification of ten main categories: attitude modification, development of content and specialized knowledge, familiarity with scientific and research leaders, educational equipment, practical experience and internships, control of emotions and feelings, familiarity with educational tools, interaction with families, attention to individual differences, and interdisciplinary interaction. In addition, twenty-one subcategories were extracted for these main categories that play a decisive role in the quality of education. Conclusion: The conditions that provide the possibility of achieving the maximum necessary qualifications for student teachers in the field of teaching students with special needs is one of the priorities of the curriculum of this field. The suggestions obtained from this research emphasize the importance of reviewing the curriculum and paying attention to the existing challenges in order to enrich the curriculum in the field of education for students with special needs. | ||
