| چکیده | ||
| امروزه نظام‌های آموزش و پرورش بیش از پیش به سمت تفویض اختیار به مدارس در زمینه تصمیم‌گیری‌ها روی آورده‌اند. برنامه ویژه مدرسه (طرح بوم) برنامه‌ای است که در مدارس ابتدایی دوره دوم ایران به صورت غیرمتمرکز و مدرسه محور اجرا می‌شود. در این راستا، پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی کیفیت این برنامه در مدارس ابتدایی شهرستان زارچ انجام شد. رویکرد پژوهش «کیفی» و روش پژوهش «پدیدارشناسی» بود. «گروه هدف» شامل تمامی مدیران، معلمان و والدین دانش آموزان دوره دوم ابتدایی در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 بود که تعداد 17 نفر به شیوه هدفمند انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش «مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختاریافته» بود. جمع آوری داده‌ها پس از رسیدن به اشباع نظری به اتمام رسید. داده‌ها به شیوه «کدگذاری» و «مقوله بندی» تجزیه و تحلیل شدند و از طریق روش «سه‌سوسازی» در قالب دو روش سه‌سوسازی «داده‌ها» و «پژوهشگر» اعتباریابی شدند. در مجموع، یافته‌ها در قالب 5 مضمون اصلی و 16 مضمون فرعی به دست آمد. یافته‌ها بیانگر برخی عوامل تاثیرگذار در این طرح بود، نظیر همکاری و مشارکت، شرایط زیربنایی، پاسخگویی به نیازها و علائق یادگیرندگان، محتوای آموزشی و مهارت تدریس معلمان. در پایان، برخی پیشنهادهای کاربردی ارائه شد. | ||

| Today, education systems have increasingly turned to delegating authority to schools in the field of decision-making. The special school program (Boom Plan) is a program that is implemented in Iran's second period elementary schools in a decentralized and school-oriented manner. In this regard present research was conducted with the aim of evaluating the quality of the special school program (Boom Plan) in the elementary schools of Zarch city, Yazd province. The research approach was "qualitative" and the method was "phenomenological". The "target group" included all administrators, teachers and parents of second period elementary schools in the academic year of 1400-1401, 17 of whom were interviewed in a purposeful manner. The research tool was "in-depth semi-structured interview". Data collection was completed after reaching theoretical saturation. The data were analyzed by the method of "coding" and "categorization" and were validated through "triangulation" in the form of "data" and "researcher". In total, the findings were obtained in the form of 5 main themes and 16 sub-themes. The findings indicated some influential factors in this plan Such as cooperation and participation, infrastructure facilities, responding to the needs and interests of learners, content and skills of education. In the end, some practical suggestions were presented. | ||
