| پژوهش حاضر با هدف الگوی علّی روابط ویژگیهای رهبری اصیل بر مشغولیت کاری با تأکید بر نقش میانجی اخلاق کار در میان کارکنان دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان کرمانشاه انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماری کلیه کارکنان دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان کرمانشاه(اعم از رسمی و غیر رسمی و حراست و اعضای هیات علمی) در سالتحصیلی 1402-1401 به تعداد 187 نفر بودند. به همین منظور و بر اساس جدول مورگان تعداد 126 نفر به شیوه نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده عنوان نمونه آماری پژوهش انتخاب شدند. روش پژوهش توصیفی پیمایشی از نوع همبستگی بود. در این پژوهش از پرسشنامه های رهبری اصیل آوولیو و همکاران (2006)، درگیری شغلی آبردمان (2020) و اخلاق کاری بیتمن و سنل (2004) استفاده شد. روایی و پایایی ابزار تایید شد. جهت آزمون فرضیههای تحقیق، ابتدا از آمار توصیفی و سپس تکنیک معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزار smart-pls استفاده گردید که نتایج نشان داد که رهبری اصیل بر مشغولیت شغلی تاثیر مثبت و معنی داری دارد(ضریب مسیر 38/0). اثر رهبری اصیل بر اخلاق کار مثبت و معنیدار است(ضریب مسیر 72/0). اخلاق کار بر مشغولیت شغلی اثر مثبت و معنیداری دارد(ضریب مسیر 40/0) و در نهایت اثر غیرمستقیم رهبری اصیل بر مشغولیت شغلی با میانجیگری اخلاق کار معنیدار است(ضریب مسیر 29/0). | ||

| The current research has been conducted with the purpose of the causal model of the relationship between authentic leadership characteristics and work engagement, emphasizing the mediating role of work ethics . The statistical population of all employees of Farhangian University of Kermanshah province in the academic year of 1402-1401 was 187 people. For this purpose and based on Morgan's table, the number of 126 people was by simple random sampling. The statistical sample of the research was selected. The descriptive research method was a correlational survey. In this research, authentic leadership questionnaires were used by Avolio et al. (2006), Aberdeman's job involvement (2020) and Bateman and Senel's work ethics (2004). Validity and reliability of the instrument were confirmed. In order to test the research hypotheses, descriptive statistics and then structural equation technique were used using smart-pls software, and the results showed that authentic leadership has a positive and significant effect on job engagement (0.38). The effect of authentic leadership on work ethics is positive and significant (0.72). Work ethic has a positive and significant effect on job engagement ( 0.40) and finally, the indirect effect of authentic leadership on job engagement with the mediation of work ethic is significant (0.29). | ||
