| چکیده | ||
| هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی عملکرد فعالیت‌های پژوهشی اعضای هیئت‌علمی دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان تهران؛ است به‌طوری‌که ضمن بررسی این عملکرد، بتوانیم مهم‌ترین چالش‌ها و راهکارهای برون‌رفت را شناسایی و معرفی نماییم. بدین منظور داده‌های لازم با بهره‌گیری از روش کیفی و کمّی و با استفاده از ابزار مصاحبه و پرسشنامه در جامعه آماری شامل اعضاء هیئت‌علمی دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان تهران گردآوری شده است. پس از استخراج و بررسی توصیفی عملکرد پژوهشی که به روش اسنادی صورت گرفت، ابتدا با انجام مصاحبه هدفمند و نیمه ساختار یافته با 18 نفر از آن‌ها خواسته شد مهم‌ترین چالش‌های پیش روی فرآیند فعالیت‌های پژوهشی خود را اعلام نمایند. کفایت 18 نفر به این دلیل بود که اشباع نظری حاصل شد و موارد اعلام‌شده نتیجه جدیدی به دست نمی‌داد. سپس این چالش‌ها دسته‌بندی شده و هسته‌های معنایی به دست آمده زمینه طراحی پرسشنامه‌ای محقق ساخته را فراهم آورد. پس‌ازآنکه روایی صوری سؤالات به تأیید این استادان رسید، ابتدا سؤالات در بین 20 نفر از استادان اجرا شد و پایایی سؤالات 87/. به دست آمد که مؤید ضریب قابل‌قبول می‌باشد. سپس با اجرای پرسشنامه در بین اعضای هیئت‌علمی دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان تهران، مهم‌ترین چالش‌های پیش روی انجام فعالیت‌های پژوهشی استادان در چهار گروه: چالش‌های زیرساختی، چالش‌های شخصی و حرفه‌ای استادان، چالش‌های سازمانی و چالش‌های مدیریتی و همچنین مهم‌ترین رهیافت‌های مؤثر در رفع این چالش‌ها به ترتیب: حمایت‌های مالی از فعالیت‌های پژوهشی، برای پذیرش دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی، توسعه و گسترش نشریات علمی داخلی و ایجاد شرایط مناسب برای فعالیت‌های حرفه‌ای پژوهشی به دست آمد. | ||

| The purpose of the present research is to investigate the performance of research activities of faculty members of Farhangian University of Tehran province; It is so that while examining this performance, we can identify and introduce the most important challenges and solutions. The research data has been collected by using qualitative and quantitative methods and by interview tools and questionnaires in the statistical population consisting of faculty members of Farhangian University in the statistical population of Tehran province. After extracting and descriptively examining the research performance, which was done by documentary method, by conducting targeted and semi-structured interviews with 18 people, they were asked to announce the most important challenges facing the process of their research activities. Then these challenges were categorized and the semantic cores obtained provided the basis for designing a researcher-made questionnaire. After the formal validity of the questions was confirmed by these professors, the questions were administered among 20 professors and the reliability of the questions was 0/87. It was found that the coefficient is acceptable. Then, by conducting a questionnaire among the faculty members, the most important challenges facing the research activities of professors in four groups: infrastructure challenges, personal and professional challenges of professors, organizational challenges and management challenges, as well as the most important effective approaches to solving these challenges. respectively: financial support for research activities, for the admission of postgraduate students, the development and expansion of domestic scientific publications and the creation of suitable conditions for professional research activities were obtained. | ||
