چکیده | ||
هدف از پژوهش پیش بینی صلاحیت حرفهای بر اساس خود باوری، خلاقیت و سواد رسانهای در بین معلمان شهر یزد بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع مطالعات همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه معلمان ابتدایی شاغل در آموزش و پرورش شهر یزد در سال تحصیلی 1400-1401 به تعداد 2322 نفر بود، که بر اساس حجم جامعه ,و جدول مورگان تعداد 331 نفر از طریق روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشهای انتخاب شدند. از بین نواحی آموزش و پرورش ناحیه 2 و از بین مدارس این ناحیه 20 دبستان دخترانه و20 دبستان پسرانه بهصورت تصادفی انتخاب و معلمان بر اساس ملاک های ورود و خروج پاسخ دادند. برای گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته دموگرافیک، پرسشنامه های صلاحیت حرفهای ملائی نژاد(1391)، خودباوری آزادی(1389)، خلاقیت رندسیپ (1979) و سواد رسانهای فلسفی (1393) استفاده شد. دادههای گرد آوری از طریق شاخصهای آماری توصیفی و استنباطی ( ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون هم زمان) و با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه26 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.نتایج نشان داد بین مؤلفههای خود باوری، خلاقیت و سواد رسانهای با صلاحیت حرفهای رابطهی مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد ( p <0/01). متغیرهای پژوهش قادر به پیش بینی73/8 درصد از واریانس صلاحیت حرفهای بودند. بر اساس یافته ها خودباوری، خلاقیت و سواد رسانهای سهم قابل توجهی در پیش بینی صلاحیت حرفهای معلمان دارند. لزوم توجه به شناسایی و تقویت متغیر های پیش بین صلاحیت حرفه ای معلمان منجر به پویایی کلاسهای درس و توسعه و اعتلای سیستم آموزشی کشور میشود | ||

The aim of this research was to predict professional competence among teachers in Yazd city based on self-efficacy, creativity, and media literacy.The research method employed was descriptive correlational.The population of the study included all elementary school teachers employed in the education system of Yazd city in the academic year 1400-1401totaling 2322 individuals. A sample of 331 participants was selected through cluster random sampling method, based on the population size.Twenty girls' schools and twenty boys' schools were randomly selected from educational districts, and teachers responded based on entry and exit criteria. Data collection utilized researcher-made demographic questionnaires, along with professional competence questionnaires by Malaei Nezhad Rosenberg's Self-Esteem Scale ,Torrance's Creativity Test ,and Philosophical Media Literacy .Data analysis was conducted using descriptive and inferential statistical indices (Pearson correlation coefficient and simultaneous regression) through SPSS software version 26. Results revealed a significant positive relationship between self-efficacy, creativity, media literacy, and professional competence. The research variables were able to predict73.8% of the variance in professional competence. Based on the findings, self-efficacy, creativity, and media literacy play a significant role in predicting teachers' professional competence.Identifying and strengthening predictive variables for teachers' professional competence is essential for classroom dynamics, advancing the educational system of the country | ||
