| چکیده | ||
| پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تجارب زیستهی دانشآموزان در خصوص اقدامات انگیزشی معلمان در فرآیند یاددهی – یادگیری انجام شده است. با توجه به ماهیت موضوع مورد مطالعه، پژوهش حاضر از حیث هدف در زمره پژوهشهای کاربردی و از حیث روش پژوهش، از نوع پدیدارشناسی توصیفی با رویکرد کیفی است. میدان مطالعه این پژوهش، مدرسه دخترانهی امام رضا (ع)، دوره اول متوسطه واقع در منطقه تبادکان مشهد بوده است و نمونه پژوهش دانشآموزان پایه هفتم، هشتم و نهم دبیرستان بوده که به صورت نمونهی هدفمند مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. برای گردآوری دادهها، از مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته فردی تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری استفاده شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از روش سه مرحلهای کدگذاری اشتراوس و کوربین استفاده شده است. جهت کسب اعتبار پژوهش از روشهای بررسی توسط مشارکتکنندگان، کدگذاری ثانویه، تبادل نظر با همتایان و تحلیل موارد منفی استفاده شد. یافته های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که اقدامات انگیزشی معلمان، شامل ۳ مرحلهی ایجاد انگیزه، تداوم انگیزه و ماندگاری انگیزه می باشد؛ و اقدامات ضدانگیزشی آنان شامل ۳ محوراست که عبارتند از: اقداماتی که سبب عدم برقراری ارتباط مناسب می شود، اقداماتی که سبب احساس عدم کفایت و شایستگی دردانشآموزان می شود و اقداماتی که سبب احساس عدم اعتماد در دانشآموزان می شود. | ||

| the present study was conducted with the aim of examining the students Live Experiences regarding their teachers' motivational actions in the Instructional-Learning Processes.The reasearch approach was qualitative and its method was phenomenologhical study. The research population included Imam Reza's (Imam Reza) girl's school in the Tabadkan area of Mashhad; the research sample included students from the 7th, 8th and 9th grade high school students. For data collection, semi-structured interviews were used to reach theoretical saturation. Analyzing data was performed by Strauss & Corbin Three Phases Coding Theory (GT).The validity of the research was verified by participants's examination, second rater (coder) and the negative analysis were used. Findings indicated that teachers' motivational actions include three stages of motivation, persistence of motivation and durability of motivation; and the measures that reduce motivation in students are: actions that cause lack of proper communication, actions that It causes feelings of inadequacy and competence in students and actions that cause distrust in students. | ||
