| چکیده | ||
| چکیده • این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی شایستگیهای موردنیاز دانشجومعلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان در زمینه آموزش ترکیبی به اجرا درآمد. برای تحقق این هدف از روش پژوهش کیفی عام استفاده شد. جامعه آماری شامل مطالعات، کتابها و مقالات، اسناد و متخصصان دانشگاه فرهنگیان بود که حداکثر ممکن مطالعات، دو سند و 25 نفر از متخصصان به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری دادهها از فرمهای تحلیل محتوا و مصاحبه استفاده شد.دادههای پژوهش از طریق تحلیل محتوای کیفی و با استفاده از نرم افزارمکسکیودیای تحلیل شد. در این پژوهش در مرحله اول تعداد 110 کد باز شناسایی و در قالب 12 کد محوری تنظیم شد. در نهایت کدهای محوری به 4 کد انتخابی بازآرایی گردید. براساس یافتههای این پژوهش، شایستگیهای آموزش ترکیبی موردنیاز دانشجومعلمان شامل شایستگیهای شناختی، پداگوژیکی، حرفهای و فناوری است. شایستگیهای شاختی خود از زیرمجموعه یادگیری، تفکر و خردمندی، خلاقیت و نوآوری و روانی تشکیل میشود.زیرمجموعه شایستگیهای پداگوژیکی شامل شایستگی های راهبردها و روش های آموزش،مدیریت کلاس ترکیبی و ارزیابی و بازخورد ترکیبی است.شایستگیهای حرفهای دربرگیرنده شایستگی های خودتوسعهای، دانشی و حرفهای و ارتباطی و اجتماعی است و زیرمجموعه شایستگیهای فناوری شامل شایستگی های دیجیتال و شبکهسازی است. واژگان کلیدی: آموزش ترکیبی، شایستگی، ، دانشجومعلم، دانشگاه فرهنگیان | ||

| Abstract This research wascarried out with the aim of identifying the required competencies of Farhangian Universitystudent teachers in the field of Blended learningTo achieve this goal, a general qualitative research method was usedThe statistical population included studies,books and articles, documents and experts of Farhangian University, and as many studies, two documents and 25 experts as possible were selected as a sample by purposivesampling methodContentanalysis and interview forms wereused to collect dataThe research data was analyzed through qualitative contentanalysis and using Max QDA softwar In this research, in the first stage110 open codes were identified and arranged in the form of 12 core codesFinall the core codes were rearranged into 4 optional code Based on the findings of this research, the Blended learning competencies required by student teachers include cognitive, pedagogical, professional, and technological competencies cognitive competencies are composed of the subset of learning, thinking and wisdomcreativity, innovation, and psychologyThe subset of pedagogical competencies includes the competencies of Teaching strategies and methods. , classroom management is Blended and evaluation and feedback are BlendedProfessional competencies include self-development, knowledge, professional, communication, and social competencies, and the subset of technological competencies includes digital and networking competencies.
