| چکیده | ||
| آموزش زبان عربی به‌دلیل ارتباط آن با فرهنگ و دین اسلام، جایگاه ویژه‌ای در نظام آموزشی ایران دارد، اما چالش‌هایی مانند قواعد دستوری دشوار و پیچیده، تدریس این زبان را نیازمند مهارت‌های خاصی می‌کند. دورۀ کارورزی به‌عنوان یک فرصت آموزشی_عملی، به دانشجومعلمان امکان می‌دهد تا مهارت‌های آموزش زبان عربی، از جمله نحوۀ انتقال قواعد صرفی و نحوی و استفاده از ابزارهای نوین آموزشی را تقویت کنند. این تجربه همچنین به تقویت مهارت‌های ارتباطی، آشنایی با نیازهای متنوع دانش‌آموزان و طراحی روش‌های انعطاف‌پذیر کمک می‌کند. از سوی دیگر، دانشجومعلمان در این دوره با چالش‌هایی همچون روش‌های سنتی تدریس، تفاوت‌های زبانی و بی‌انگیزگی دانش‌آموزان مواجه می‌شوند و فرصت می‌یابند راه‌حل‌هایی برای آن‌ها بیابند. پژوهش حاضر تلاش کرده است تا با روش پیمایشی و استنباطی، داده‌های آماری و کیفی دریافت‌شده از جامعه آماری دانشجومعلمان عربی را تحلیل نموده و به بررسی نقش کارورزی در ارتقای حرفه‌ای تدریس این زبان بپردازد. یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که این دوره تأثیر به‌سزایی در رشد حرفه‌ای معلمان و کیفیت یادگیری دانش‌آموزان دارد، به شرطی که اهداف واحد کارورزی در تربیت معلم فکور، به‌طور همه‌جانبه و جدی از سوی خود دانشجومعلمان و اساتید و دیگر مقامات مسؤول پیگیری و اجرا شود. | ||

| Due to its deep-rooted connection with Islamic culture and religious doctrine, Arabic language instruction holds a prominent place in Iran’s educational system. Nevertheless, challenges such as its complex grammatical structures necessitate specialized instructional skills. The practicum, as an integrated academic and hands-on training phase, offers pre-service teachers the opportunity to enhance essential competencies in Arabic instruction—particularly in conveying morphological and syntactic rules and incorporating modern educational technologies. This experience also contributes to the development of communication skills, responsiveness to the diverse needs of students, and the ability to design adaptable and learner-centered teaching strategies. On the other hand, pre-service teachers encounter various challenges during this phase, including traditional teaching methods, linguistic disparities, and student disengagement. These encounters create valuable opportunities for them to explore and implement practical solutions. This study, employing both survey and interpretive methods, seeks to analyze quantitative and qualitative data collected from Arabic language pre-service teachers and investigate the role of practicum in fostering professional teaching competencies. The findings suggest that the practicum significantly contributes to teachers’ professional growth and enhances student learning outcomes-provided that its objectives, particularly in nurturing reflective practitioners, are actively and comprehensively pursued by pre-service teachers, academic mentors, and relevant educational authorities. | ||
