| چکیده | ||
| معلم در نظام آموزشی دارای نقشی بنیادین در شکل‌دهی شخصیت و آینده متربیان است. هدف پژوهش، استخراج شاخصه‌ها ی معلم تراز انقلاب اسلامی در نظام آموزشی مبتنی بر خطبه۸۷ نهج‌البلاغه و تبیین مسئولیت‌های آن است.مسأله اصلی پژوهش آن است که معلم تراز اسلامی در نظام آموزشی با توجه به خطبه 87 نهج البلاغه دارای چه مؤلفه‌ها و شاخصه هایی می باشد. روش‌شناسی پژوهش مبتنی بر رویکرد کیفی است. یافته‌های مهم پژوهش منجر به استخراج چهار محور کلیدی گردید: الف)ویژگی‌های فردی و اخلاقی: خودشناسی و تقوا از طریق شناخت نیازهای درونی، اخلاص عملی و پویایی در انجام اعمال نیک به صورت روحیه خیرخواهی. ب)مسئولیت‌های اجتماعی: هدایتگریِ تقوامحور، التزام به عدالت و همسویی گفتار و کردار از طریق صداقت معلم در رفتار و گفتار. ج)مهارت‌های حرفه‌ای: توانایی حل مسأله، یادگیری مستمر و الهام‌بخشی توسط یادگیری مداوم معلم و نقش او در انتقال آگاهانه دانش. د)بنیان‌های معنوی: رهبری مبتنی بر قرآن و معارف الهی، معادباوری و هدفمندی به صورت آماده‌سازی در تحولات اجتماعی و فرهنگی. در نهایت در مسأله آموزش، معلم تراز با رویکرد همه‌جانبه‌نگری، ضمن پرهیز از اکتفا به انتقال دانش، با توجه همزمان به ابعاد علمی، اخلاقی، اجتماعی و معنوی، آمادگی متربیان برای زیست فردی- اجتماعی را فراهم می‌کند. | ||

| The teacher has a fundamental role in shaping students' character and future within the educational system. This research aims to extract the characteristics of the Islamic exemplary teacher within the Islamic system, based on Nahj al-Balagha, and to clarify their responsibilities. The main issue is what are the components and characteristic of an exemplary Islamic teacher in the educational system, according to Sermon 87 of Nahjul-Blagha. The research methodology is based on a qualitative approach. The important findings of the research led to the extraction of four key axes: a)Personal&Ethical Traits: Self-awareness and piety through understanding inner needs,practical sincerity and dynamic good deeds manifested as benevolence. b)Social Responsibilities: Piety-centered guidance, commitment to justice, and alignment of speech and action through the teacher's honesty. c)Professional Skills: Problem-solving ability, Continuous learning inspires by continuous teacher learning and her/his role in the conscious transfer of knowledge. d)Spiritual Foundations: Leadership based on the Quran and divine knowledge, belief in the afterlife, and purposefulness in preparing students for socio-cultural developments. Finally, in education,the teacher with a comprehensive approach, while avoiding of being limited to the transfer of knowledge, simultaneously paying attention to the scientific,moral,social and spiritual dimensions, prepares the learners for individual and social life. | ||
