| پیشینه و اهداف: در دنیای پیچیده و رقابتی امروز، موفقیت سازمان‌ها و نقش سرمایه انسانی در دست‌یابی به این موفقیت در اثر اخلاق حرفه‌ای و تعهد شغلی و مسایل مرتبط با آن همچون باورهای مذهبی، اهمیت روزافزون دارد. توجه به این مهم در سازمان‌های آموزشی جامعه ازجمله آموزش و پرورش و نیروی انسانی مرتبط با آن بخصوص معلمان تربیت‌بدنی و ورزش که بخشی از بار سلامت و سواد سلامتی و حرکتی جامعه را بر دوش دارند، اهمیت دوچندان دارد. بر همین اساس پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش میانجی اخلاق حرفه‌ای در رابطه علّی باورهای مذهبی با تعهد شغلی معلمان تربیت‌بدنی انجام شد. روش‌ها: روش این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نوع مطالعات علّی بوده است که به شکل پیمایشی انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل معلمان تربیت‌بدنی و ورزش تمامی مقاطع مدارس استان‌های مرکزی کشور بود که ۳۴۰ نفر از آن‌ها براساس فرمول کوکران و به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای به‌عنوان نمونه آماری در این تحقیق شرکت کردند. ابزار تحقیق، شامل پرسش‌نامه‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای کادوزیر (۲۰۰۲)، تعهد شغلی بلاو (۱۹۹۳) و باورهای مذهبی نویدی (۱۳۷۶) با روایی و پایایی قابل قبول (به‌ترتیب ۷۹/۰، ۸۸/۰ و ۷۸/۰) بود. داده‌ها در دو سطح آمار توصیفی و استنباطی و با استفاده از تحلیل مدل معادلات ساختاری در نرمافزار ِسمارت پی‌ال‌اس تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد ارتباط مستقیم و مثبت بین باورهای مذهبی و تعهد شغلی همچنین بین اخلاق حرفه‌ای و تعهد شغلی وجود دارد. از تحلیل داده‌ها نیز مشخص شد متغیر اخلاق حرفه‌ای، نقش میانجی‌گری معناداری (119/2t-value= و 172/0=β) در رابطه علّی باورهای مذهبی با تعهد شغلی داشته است. نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر می‌توان اظهار داشت تصمیم‌سازان و برنامه‌ریزان سازمان، آموزش و پرورش و نیز دانشگاه فرهنگیان باید توجه داشته باشند که برنامه‌ریزی در جهت ارتقای ارزش‌های اخلاقی و باورهای مذهبی در شغل مقدس معلمی و بویژه معلمان تربیت‌بدنی و ورزش، به‌عنوان یکی از تأثیرگذارترین معلمان بر دانش‌آموزان و از این طریق افراد جامعه و تعالی آن بسیار ضروری است. | ||

| Background and Objectives: In today's complex and competitive world, the success of organizations and the role of human capital in achieving this success through professional ethics and job commitment, as well as related issues such as religious beliefs, are increasingly important. This is especially significant in educational organizations, including the education system and its associated human resources, particularly physical education and sport teachers who bear part of the responsibility for the health and physical literacy of society. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the mediating role of professional ethics in the causal relationship between religious beliefs and job commitment of physical education teachers. Methods: This applied research was conducted as a causal study using a survey method. The research population consisted of all physical education and sport teachers at all levels of schools in the central provinces of the country, from among whom, 340 participants were selected as the sample based on Cochran's formula and multi-stage cluster sampling method. The data collection instruments included demographic characteristics questionnaires, Kaduzir's (2002) Professional Ethics, Blau's (1993) Job Commitment, and Navidi's (1997) Religious Beliefs Questionnaires, all with acceptable validity and reliability (0.79, 0.88, and 0.78, respectively). Data were analyzed at both descriptive and inferential levels using structural equation modeling in SmartPLS software. Findings: The results showed a direct and positive relationship between religious beliefs and job commitment, as well as between professional ethics and job commitment. Additionally, data analysis revealed that the variable of professional ethics had a significant mediating role (t-value=2.119 and β=0.172) in the causal relationship between religious beliefs and job commitment. Conclusion: Based on the findings of this study, it can be stated that decision-makers and planners in the education system and teacher training universities should consider planning to enhance ethical values and religious beliefs in the noble profession of teaching, especially for physical education and sports teachers, who are among the most influential teachers on students and, through them, on society and its development. | ||
