| چکیده | ||
| پیشینه واهداف:سبک جدید کارورزی با رویکرد ساختارگرایانه و با قصد تربیت معلمان فکور طراحی شده است. بر اساس یافته های پژوهشی، کارورزی در دانشگاه فرهنگیان فرصت کمی برای تدریس عملی دانشجو معلمان در صحنه واقعی و میدان عمل فراهم کرده است. بر همین اساس هدف این پژوهش طراحی الگوی مطلوب کارورزی برای دانشگاه فرهنگیان بود.روش: این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و روش نظریه داده بنیاد انجام شد. جامعة مورد مطالعه استادان راهنمای کارورزی دانشگاه فرهنگیان خوزستان بود که به شیوة نمونه‌گیری هدفمند، تعداد 19 نفر از اساتید راهنمای باسابقه که اغلب آن ها تجربه هر دو سبک جدید و قدیم کارورزی را داشتند، انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند گرد‌آوری و بر مبنای رویکرد اشتراوس و کربین (کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی) تحلیل شدند. اعتبار سنجی از طریق سه سویه سازی و بازبینی توسط مشارکت‌کنندگان و خبرگان غیر مشارکت‌کننده صورت گرفت.یافته ها: مهمترین یافته های این پژوهش ضرورت تنظیم ساختار عمل‌گرایانه برای کارورزی و شناسایی ابعاد الگوی پارادایمی بود که عبارتند از: شرایط علی (نیازسنجی و آماده‌سازی دانشجویان، معلمان راهنمای مجرب، و باانگیزه، اساتید راهنمای اندیشه‌ورز و عملگرا)، پدیده محوری (تربیت معلم اندیشه‌ورز و عملگرا)، شرایط زمینه‌ای (مشارکت آموزش و پرورش در تنظیم برنامه اجرایی، بازنگری برنامه، محتوا و منابع کارورزی، و بازنگری فرایند روایت نگاری)، شرایط مداخله‌گر (نگرش منفی و مقاومت عوامل اجرایی، یکسان‌سازی شیوه‌ی ارزیابی کارورزی و نظارت صحیح و نظام‌مند)، راهبردها (نهادینه کردن رویکر، نتیجه گیری: بر اساس آن الگوی کارورزی فکورانه و عملگرا، جهت متناسب‌سازی برنامه کارورزی با واقعیت‌های میدانی، طراحی و اعتباریابی شد. | ||

| abstract Background and objectives: The new style of internship is designed with a structuralist approach and with the intention of training teachers. Based on the research findings, internship in Farhangian University has provided a little opportunity for practical teaching of student teachers in the real scene and field of practice. Based on this, the aim of this research was to design an ideal internship model for Farhangian University. Method: This research was conducted with a qualitative approach and the method of foundation data theory. The studied population was the internship guidance professors of Farhangian University of Khuzestan, 19 experienced guidance professors, most of whom had the experience of both new and old styles of internship, were selected by purposeful sampling. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed based on Strauss and Corbin's approach (open, central and selective coding). Validation was done through three stratification and review by participants and non-participating experts. Findings: The most important findings of this research were the necessity of setting a pragmatic structure for internship and identifying the dimensions of the paradigm model, which include: causal conditions (need assessment and preparation of students, experienced and motivated guidance teachers, thoughtful and practical guidance teachers), central phenomenon (education of thoughtful and practical teachers), conclusion: based on that model of practical and thoughtful internship, in order to adapt the internship program to field realities, it was designed and validated.
