| چکیده | ||
| پیشینه و اهداف: این پژوهش کیفی با هدف شناسایی دستاوردهای یادگیری دروس کارورزی یک، دو، سه و چهار انجام شده است. روشها: این پژوهش با استفاده از چهلوهشت گزارش کارورزی (اسناد)، بازبینی فیلمهای تدریس دانشجو معلمان و مشاهده جریان کارورزی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر، دانشجو معلمان ورودی 1399 مرکز آموزش عالی شهید باهنر دانشگاه فرهنگیان تهران در رشته آموزش ابتدایی است که کارورزی یک، دو، سه و چهار را در طول دو سال گذراندهاند. چهلوهشت گزارش کارورزی دانشجومعلمان حجم نمونه این مطالعه را تشکیل داده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از روش تحلیل محتوا و فرآیند کدگذاری با استفاده از نرم افزار 2020 MAXQDA انجام شده است. یافتهها: دستاوردهای یادگیری در 3 بعد دانش، نگرش و مهارت، 10 کد اصلی و 60 کد فرعی شناسایی شد. نتیجهگیری: تحلیل دادهها نشان داد در بعد مهارتی اکثر دانشجویان مهارت یاددهی یادگیری، مهارت اجتماعی و تعامل، کاربست دانش و مهارت پژوهشی را از مهمترین دستاوردهای یادگیری دروس کارورزی قلمداد کردهاند. در بعد نگرشی به توسعه و نگرش حرفهای، اخلاق حرفهای و اعتمادبهنفس حرفهای و در بعد دانشی به دانش محتوایی دروس و دانش پداگوژیکی اشاره داشتند. | ||

| Background and Objectives: This qualitative study aimed to identify the learning outcomes of teaching practicum courses (1, 2, 3, and 4) in three dimensions: knowledge, attitude, and skills. Methods: The research utilized 48 practicum reports, video reviews of student teachers' teaching performances, and direct observation of practicum activities. The study population consisted of elementary education student teachers admitted in 2020 to Shahid Bahonar Higher Education Center, Tehran University of Cultural Studies, who had completed all four practicum courses over two years. The sample included 48 practicum reports, analyzed through content analysis and coding processes using MAXQDA (2020) software. Findings: The learning outcomes were identified across three dimensions (knowledge, attitude, and skills), comprising 10 main codes and 60 sub-codes. Conclusions: The data analysis revealed that, in the skills dimension, most students considered teaching-learning skills, social and interaction skills, knowledge application, and research skills as the most significant learning outcomes of the internship courses. In the attitudinal dimension, they highlighted professional development and attitude, professional ethics, and professional self-confidence. In the knowledge dimension, they referred to content knowledge of the courses and pedagogical knowledge. | ||
