| پیشینه و اهداف: به نسخه جدید برنامه شاد [v3.7.8 (universal arm64-v8a)] قابلیتهای جدیدی افزوده شده است. با توجه به اینکه شبکه آموزشی شاد، پرکاربرترین شبکه آموزش مجازی کشور ایران است، بررسی میزان عملکرد و اینکه تا چه اندازه با استانداردهای جهانی فاصله دارد و نیز بررسی کیفیت برنامه شاد از جنبههای مختلف توسط کاربران اصلی آن (معلمان، دانشآموزان و والدینشان و کادر مدرسه) و مقایسه کارایی آن با یکی از شبکههای آموزش مجازی بهروز دنیا Google Classroom از اهداف این پژوهش است. روشها: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی-پیمایشی با رویکرد کمّی است.در ابتدا عملکرد خود شاد را به روش نظرسنجی تستی با ۳۲ گویه، با دادههای کمی و همچنین دادههای کیفی از طریق بازخورد و مصاحبهنگاری از تجربههای گوناگون کاربران شادرو در استفاده از قابلیتهای شاد، بهویژه قابلیتهای جدید، بهطور دقیق بررسی کردیم. در مرحله دوم، قابلیتهای مختلف سرویس آموزش جهانی (Google Classroom) را نیز بررسی کردیم. در نهایت، نتایج تحلیلی مرحله اول با مرحله دوم مقایسه شد. یافتهها: یافتههای پژوهش نشان میدهد که نسخه جدید شبکه شاد (v3.7.8) با افزودن قابلیتهای بصری و آموزشی و ماهیت رایگان بودن، رضایت کاربران، بهویژه در «قابلیتهای چندگانه کلاس» و «کاربری قابلیتهای جدید» را افزایش داده است. با این حال، ضعفهایی مانند سرعت پایین ارسال فایل و محدودیت در کیفیت محتوا، همچنان مشکلزا هستند. مقایسه شبکه شاد با Google Classroom این نکته را برجسته میسازد که رفع موانعِ مذکور برای رقابت در سطح جهانی ضروری است. نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان میدهد شبکه شاد با بهبود قابلیتها و دسترسی رایگان، رضایت کاربران و عدالت آموزشی را افزایش داده است. با این حال، سرعت پایین سرویسرسانی و محدودیتهای فنی، بهویژه در ارسال فایل، مانع اصلی کارایی آن محسوب میشود.شاد در مقایسه با Google Classroom از نظر سرعت، ثبات و ابزارهای ارزشیابی عقبتر است. | ||

| Background and Objectives: The new version of the SHAD application [v3.7.8 (universal arm64-v8a)] has added new features. Considering that the SHAD educational network is the most widely used virtual education network in Iran, this research aims to investigate the performance level and the extent to which it deviates from global standards, as well as to examine the quality of the SHAD application from various aspects by its main users (teachers, students, their parents, and school staff) and to compare its efficiency with one of the up-to-date global virtual education networks, Google Classroom. Methods: This study is descriptive-survey in nature and adopts a quantitative approach. first, the performance of SHAD itself was precisely examined using a test survey with 32 items, collecting quantitative data, as well as qualitative data from feedback and interviews on the diverse experiences of SHADRO users with SHAD's features, especially the new features. In the second phase, the various features of the global education service (Google Classroom) were also examined. Finally, the analytical results from the first phase were compared with those of the second phase. Findings: The findings of the study indicate that the new version of Shad (v3.7.8), through the addition of visual and educational features and its free-of-charge nature, has increased user satisfaction—particularly regarding "multiple classroom functionalities" and "usability of new features." However, challenges such as slow file upload speeds and limitations in content quality remain problematic. Comparing Shad with Google Classroom highlights that addressing these shortcomings is essential for competing on a global scale. Conclusion: The study shows that Shad has boosted user satisfaction and helped promote educational equity by adding new features and offering free access. Yet, it still struggles with slow performance, especially when sending files, and other technical shortcomings. | ||
