| چکیده [English] | ||
| The aim of the research was to design and validate the school of life model for elementary school, which was done in a sequential exploratory method. The research method was the qualitative stage of grand theory and the basis of data was written texts and in the quantitative part correlation-modeling of structural equations. The qualitative statistical population of written documents was 686, which was selected as a sample of 279 of the most relevant studies in the period of 2000-2021, and in the quantitative stage, it included 1743 male and female elementary school teachers of Ardabil, who were selected using the cluster method. Based on Cochran's formula, 350 people were selected as a sample. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. To ensure the validity and reliability of the qualitative and quantitative part, modified classic Delphi methods, stability and repeatability index, face validity, construct validity, divergent validity, convergent validity, Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability indices and Dillon-Goldstein ρ were used. Data were analyzed based on Straus-Corbin's approach, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model. The results of the first stage showed The results of the first stage showed that the school of life has 7 main categories and 32 components. | ||
