| چکیده [English] | ||
| In the contemporary century, applying science process skills is vital for lifelong learning. However, in our country, the situation of teaching skills and teachers' mastery over them is unclear. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the current situation of science process skills training and provide practical solutions to strengthen skills. At first, the twelve-skills coding scheme was compiled and the content of the science textbook of the sixth elementary grade, published in 2023-2024, and the related teacher's guide, published in 2013-2014, was analyzed with the Theme registration unit and Shannon's entropy method. Then, the researcher-made questionnaire containing 25 questions based on the Likert scale was distributed among 92 teachers of the sixth grade in Babolsar City, who were selected by the available sampling method. The content analysis tool and questionnaire were validated with input from educational technology professors, and the reliability of the content analysis was confirmed with kappa values between 0/627 and 0/871, and the questionnaire had a Cronbach's alpha of 0/82. The inferential statistics included the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and paired t-test. According to the results, the most attention of textbook, teacher's guide, and teachers is on operational definition while communications and inference are relatively less. | ||
