| Background and Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the role of attitude toward smart educational technologies and environmental learning in predicting teachers' job creativity. Methods: A descriptive-correlational and predictive research design was employed. The statistical population comprised all female teachers in Meshkinshahr schools during the 2024–2025 academic year (N = 260). A sample of 155 teachers was selected using stratified random sampling based on Morgan and Krejcie's table, with 140 completed questionnaires returned. Data were collected using Randsip's Job Creativity Questionnaire (1979), Yavuz's Attitude Toward Smart Educational Technologies Scale (2005), and Luhmann's Informal Workplace Learning Questionnaire (2006). Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis were conducted using SPSS27. Findings: Descriptive findings indicated mean scores of 3.77 for job creativity, 4.01 for attitude toward smart educational technologies, and 3.57 for environmental learning. Inferential results revealed a significant positive relationship between both predictors (attitude toward smart technologies and environmental learning) and job creativity (p < 0.01). Together, attitude toward smart educational technologies and environmental learning explained 27.8% of the variance in job creativity. Furthermore, the components of attitude toward smart educational technologies uniquely accounted for 26.2% of the changes in job creativity (p < 0.01). Conclusion:These findings underscore the critical importance of teachers' job creativity in schools while highlighting the decisive role of fostering positive attitudes toward smart educational technologies and promoting environmental learning as key mechanisms for enhancing professional creativity among teachers. | ||
