| پژوهش حاضر با هدف استخراج مفاهیم محوری بیانات رهبر شهید، آیت الله سید علی حسینی خامنهای، با معلمان و فرهنگیان طی چهار دهه پس از انقلاب اسلامی انجام شده است. روش پژوهش، تحلیل مضمون است. جامعه پژوهش شامل متن بیانات و سخنرانیهای رهبر شهید در دیدارهای مختلف با معلمان و فرهنگیان پس از انقلاب اسلامی است که به صورت تمامشمار فیشبرداری و واکاوی شده است. دادهها پس از استخراج مفاهیم کلیدی، کدگذاری و در قالب شبکه مضامین تحلیل شدند. جهت سنجش اعتبار و تأییدپذیری یافتهها، از دو روش «بازبینی توسط اعضا» (نظارت صاحبنظران) و «مستندسازی گامبهگام مراحل تحلیل» جهت جلوگیری از سوگیری شخصی استفاده گردید. فرآیند کدگذاری متون به استخراج ۱۶۱ کد محوری اولیه و ۱۶ مضمون سازماندهنده منجر گردید. در نهایت، مضامین پژوهش در قالب ۷ مضمون فراگیر صورتبندی شد که عبارتند از: «نظام آموزش و پرورش»، «سند تحول بنیادین»، «الگوها»، «معلم»، «سند ۲۰۳۰»، «معاونت پرورشی» و «محتوای آموزشی و کتب درسی». | ||

| The present study aimed to extract the core concepts embedded in the statements of Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Hosseini Khamenei in his meetings with teachers and educational practitioners during the four decades following the Islamic Revolution. The research employed the thematic analysis method. The research corpus consisted of the texts of Ayatollah Khamenei’s speeches and statements delivered in various meetings with teachers and educators after the Islamic Revolution, all of which were comprehensively reviewed and analyzed. Following the extraction of key concepts, the data were coded and analyzed through a thematic network framework. To ensure the credibility and confirmability of the findings, two strategies were adopted: member checking through expert review and step-by-step documentation of the analytical process to minimize personal bias. The coding process resulted in the identification of 161 initial core codes and 16 organizing themes. Ultimately, the findings were synthesized into seven overarching themes: the Education System, the Fundamental Transformation Document, Role Models, Teachers, the 2030 Agenda, the Educational and Cultural Affairs Department, and Educational Content and Textbooks. | ||
