| چکیده | ||
| پیشینه و اهداف پژوهش حاضر، باهدف مستندسازی عوامل مؤثر بر تولیدی شدن هنرستانهای فنیوحرفهای نظام آموزشوپرورش ایران انجام شد. روش. این پژوهش در ذیل پژوهشهای کیفی است که با رویکرد اکتشافی و به شکل خاص بر مبانی روش پدیدارشناسی انجامشده است. مشارکتکنندگان پژوهش شامل کلیه مدیران و دبیران هنرستانهای تولیدی موفق در کشور بود که طبق ارزیابیهای بهعملآمده توسط وزارت آموزشوپرورش بهعنوان هنرستانهای تولیدی موفق و برتر انتخابشدهاند. بهمنظور انتخاب مشارکتکنندگان پژوهش، از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند و قاعده اشباع نظری(17 نفر) استفاده شد. اعتبار ابزار پژوهش با استفاده از روش توافق کدگذاران مورد تأیید واقعشده و دادههای پژوهش با استفاده از نرمافزار MAXQDA2020 تجزیهوتحلیل شد. یافتهها: نتایج پژوهش، بیانگر این بود که عوامل مؤثر در تولیدی شدن هنرستانهای فنیوحرفهای کشور را میتوان در قالب 7 کد انتخابی(آموزش عملی، حاکمیت روح نوآوری و خلاقیت، مثبتاندیشی، ارتباط با بازار کار، پایداری و مسئولیت اجتماعی، جو حمایتی و پشتیبانی و درنهایت مدیریت کارآمد و اثربخش)، 23 کد سازماندهنده و 110 کد باز طبقهبندی کرد. نتیجهگیری: یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که ارائه آموزشهای عملی، ترویج نوآوری و خلاقیت، مدیریت کارآمد و اثربخش، توسعه ارتباطات با صنایع، حمایتهای دولتی و اجتماعی، تقویت پایداری و مسئولیتپذیری اجتماعی از مهمترین عوامل مؤثر بر موفقیت هنرستانهای تولیدی محسوب میشود که ترکیب این عوامل، ضمن افزایش کیفیت آموزشی، موجب کاهش هزینههای اجرایی و تقویت پیوند میان آموزش و بازار کار میشود. | ||

| The present study aimed to identify the factors influencing the productivity of technical and vocational schools within Iran's educational system This qualitative study adopted an exploratory approach, utilizing the phenomenological method. The participants included managers and teachers from successful production-oriented schools across the country, as identified by the Ministry of Education based on evaluations. Participants were selected through purposive sampling, and data collection continued until theoretical saturation was reached (17 participants). The reliability of the research instrument was verified through a coder agreement, and data were analyzed using MAXQDA 2020 software. The results research showed that the effective factors on productivity of technical and vocational schools within Iran's educational system could be classified from of 7 selective codes (practical training, a culture of innovation and creativity, positive thinking, connection with the job market, sustainability, and social responsibility, a supportive and encouraging environment, and finally, efficient and effective management) 23 axial code and 110 open codes. The study’s findings revealed that providing hands-on training, promoting innovation and creativity, ensuring efficient and effective management, strengthening industry relations, receiving governmental and social support, and fostering sustainability and social responsibility are among the most critical factors contributing to the success of productive high schools. | ||
