| چکیده | ||
| پیشینه و اهداف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف، بررسی تطبیقی شیوه جذب دانشجو رشته آموزش ابتدایی در مراکز تربیت معلم ایران با کشورهای فنلاند و سنگاپور انجام شده است.روش: این پژوهش، یک پیمایش تطبیقی کیفی است. اطلاعات مورد نیاز آن برای پا سخ گویی به پرسش ها از طریق اسناد و مدارک کتابخانه ای و گزارش های تحقیقی و جستجو در شبکه ی جهانی اینترنت مرتبط و سایت های مربوط به وزارت آموزش و پرورش کشورهای مورد مطالعه گرداوری شده است. حجم جامعه کشوهای جهان و حجم نمونه هم سه کشور، فنلاند، سنگاپور و ایران است که بر اساس روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شدهاند. نتیجه: یافته های تحقیق نشان داد، کشورهای مورد نظر در این مقاله در بعد پذیرش و جذب در مواردی مثلا تمام تحصیلات متوسطه و دارا بودن دیپلم، موفقیت در آزمون ورودی به هم شباهت دارند ولی کشورهای فنلاند نسبت به شغل معلمی و انجام مصاحبه های مختلف در مقایسه با کشور ایران و سنگاپور در مورد جذب حساس تر عمل می کنند، در فنلاند با استعدادترین و تواناترین افراد وارد حرفه معلمی می شوند بحث: در نظام آموزشی سنگاپور هم، تربیت معلمانی با قابلیت بالا که بتوانند تمام نیازهای مربوط به مدارس ابتدایی و راهنمایی را پاسخگو باشند، در اولویت قرار دارد. همچنین صلاحیت های اخلاقی، اجتماعی، جسمانی، نداشتن سوء پیشینه، انگیزش و توانایی های عمومی در هر سه کشور به دقت سنجش می شود. | ||

| Background and Objectives: The present study was conducted with the aim of comparative study of the recruitment method of students in the field of primary education in teacher training centers in Iran with Finland and Singapore. Methods: This study is a qualitative comparative survey. The information required to answer the questions was collected through library documents and research reports and searches on the relevant Internet and websites related to the Ministries of Education of the countries under study. The population size of the world and the sample size are three countries, Finland, Singapore and Iran, which were selected based on the purposive sampling method. findings: The findings of the research showed that the countries considere in this article are similar in terms of admission and recruitment in cases such as complete secondary education and having a diploma, success in the entrance exam, but the Finnish countries are more sensitive to the teaching profession and conducting various interviews compared to Iran and Singapore. In Finland, the most talented and capable people enter the teaching profession and there is close cooperation between subject faculties and schools of education. Conclusion: In the Singaporean education system, training highly qualified teachers who can meet all the needs related to primary and secondary schools is a priority. Also, moral, social, physical qualifications, lack of criminal record, motivation and general abilities are carefully measured in all three countries. | ||
