چکیده | ||
هدف این پژوهش مطالعه سرآمدی مدرسه و ارایه الگوی عملی برای مدارس بوده است. روش تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش گردآوری دادهها، توصیفی- تحلیلی و رویکرد پژوهشی نیز آمیخته (کمی و کیفی) است جامعه آماری تحقیق در فاز کیفی شامل مدیران ارشد وزارت آموزش و پرورش و اعضای هیات علمی واحدهای پژوهشی وزارت آموزش و پرورش ودر فاز کمی شامل مدیران،معاونین و معلمان و سایر کادر مدرسه منطقه 6آموزش وپرورش تهران بوده است . جهت گردآوری اطلاعات در زمینه مبانی نظری، تدوین پیشینه تحقیق، شناسایی شاخصها و تعاریف عملیاتی آنها از روش مطالعهی کتابخانهای و در نهایت پس از بررسی نظرات خبرگان و مبانی نظری، الگوی مفهومی اولیه ارائه گردید. پس از آن پرسشنامه مبتنی بر شاخص ها و مولفه های به تایید رسیده در فاز دلفی تدوین و پس از تایید روایی و پایایی آن برای جمع آوری اطلاعات مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که در طراحی الگوی سرآمدی مدرسه، مولفه های کلیدی الزامات درونی مدرسه (با 3 بعد الزامات زیرساختی مدرسه، الزامات رهبری مدرسه، الزامات منابعی مدرسه)، الزامات بیرونی مدرسه (با 2 بعد الزامات حاکمیتی و الزامات اجتماعی)، الزامات فرآیندی مدرسه (با 3 بعد فرآیند تصمیم گیری،فرآیند نظارت و ارزیابی و فرآیند اجرایی) و نهایتا نتایج کلیدی (با 2 بعد نتایج ذینفعان و نتایج سیستم آموزشی) تاثیر داشته و در مجموع الگوی معادله ساختاری سرآمدی مدرسه متاثر از این مولفه های کلیدی و ابعاد مرتبط با آنها مورد تأیید بوده و برازش معنادار دارند. | ||

The purpose of this research is to study school excellence and to provide a comprehensive model for schools. Research Methodology is an applied and developmental research topic. In terms of data collection method, the method used is descriptive-analytical and research approach is mixed (quantitative and qualitative). The results indicated that in designing the school's excellence model, the key components of the school's internal requirements (with 3 dimensions of school infrastructure requirements, school leadership requirements, school resource requirements), school external requirements (with 2 dimensions of governance requirements And social requirements), school process requirements (with 3 dimensions of the decision process, the monitoring and evaluation process, and the implementation process), and ultimately the key results (with 2 dimensions of stakeholder outcomes and learning outcomes and in general, the model of the school equilibrium model is affected by these key components and related dimensions, and are fitted out to be meaningful.
