| چکیده | ||
| پیشینه و اهداف: این پژوهش به بررسی شکافهای آموزشی در زمینه برنامههای درسی قصد شده، اجرا شده و کسب شده در فرآیند کارورزی میپردازد. هدف اصلی این مطالعه تحلیل تطبیقی این سه نوع برنامه درسی و شناسایی نقاط قوت و ضعف آنها در ایجاد یادگیری مؤثر و کاربردی برای دانشجویان است. روشها: با استفاده از رویکرد آمیخته اکتشافی(کیفی(پدیدارشناسی و تحلیل تماتیک) و کمی (بر اساس نظر سنجی) ) ، اطلاعات مربوط به تجربیات دانشجویان و مربیان(استادان راهنما و معلمان راهنما) در کارورزی جمعآوری و تحلیل شد. یافتهها: نتایج این تحقیق در بخش کیفی سه مضمون اساسی با مقوله هایی حاوی: شکافهای آموزشی(عدم تطابق محتوای درسی، چالشهای واقعی) ، نیازهای آموزشی(کمبود مهارتهای نرم، نیاز به یادگیری عملی، نیاز به مهارتهای مدیریتی، کمبود نوآوری در تدریس) و محیط کارورزی( نیاز به حمایت مربیان، عدم تعامل مربیان، نیاز به اعتماد به نفس) به عنوان مبنایی برای تحلیل کیفی دادهها و شناسایی الگوهای موجود در پاسخها بودند، استخراج شد. و در بخش کمی نشان داد که شکافهای معناداری میان آنچه که در برنامههای درسی قصد شده و آنچه که در عمل اجرا میشود وجود دارد. در تحلیل کیفی، شرکتکنندگان به عدم تطابق بین اهداف آموزشی و محتوای درسی اشاره کردند. این نتایج تأییدکننده یافتههای کمی است و نشان میدهد که از نظر دانشجومعلمان نیز شکافهای آموزشی وجود دارد. نتیجهگیری: همچنین، نتایج به تفکیک هر یک از برنامههای درسی و تأثیر آنها بر یادگیری و توانمندیهای عملی دانشجویان ارائه شد.این مطالعه میتواند به اصلاح و بهبود برنامههای درسی در حوزه کارورزی کمک کند و زمینهساز طراحی برنامههای آموزشی مؤثرتر گردد. | ||

| Background and Objectives: This research examines educational gaps in the field of intended, implemented, and acquired curricula in the internship process. The primary purpose of this study is to compare these three types of curricula and identify their strengths and weaknesses in creating effective and practical learning for students. Methods: By using a mixed exploratory approach (qualitative (phenomenology and thematic analysis) and quantitative (based on surveys), information about the experiences of students and instructors (mentors and mentor teachers) in the internship was collected and analyzed. Findings: The results of this research in the qualitative part of three primary themes with categories containing educational gaps (incompatibility of curriculum content, real challenges), educational needs (lack of soft skills, need for practical learning, need for management skills, lack of innovation in teaching) and environment. Internships (need for mentors' support, lack of mentors' interaction, and need for self-confidence) were extracted as a basis for qualitative data analysis and identifying patterns in the answers. The quantitative section showed that there are significant gaps between what is intended in the curricula and what is implemented in practice. The participants pointed out the mismatch between educational objectives and course content in the qualitative analysis. These results confirm quantitative findings and show educational gaps from the point of view of student teachers. Conclusion: The results were presented separately for each of the curricula and their impact on students' learning and practical abilities. This study can help modify and improve the curricula in the internship field and lay the groundwork for designing more effective educational programs. | ||
