| چکیده | ||
| در این جستار به نظام آموزشی، درس کارورزی و شیوۀ اجرای آن در دانشگاه عین‌الشمس کشور مصر پرداخته می‌شود. در نظام آموزشی کشور مصر، تربیت معلم به عنوان محور اصلاحات تعلیم و تربیت و آموزش معلمان به صورت فرایند خودرهبری، خوداندیشی، خودارزیابی ایفای نقش کرده و آموزش پیش از خدمت و حین خدمت با الگوی منسجم دنبال‌شده است. هدف این پژوهش، مطالعۀکارورزی در دانشگاه-های کشور مصر و نحوه جذب و آماده‌سازی دانشجومعلمان در مراکز تربیت معلم است که به شرایط جذب دانشجومعلمان، آموزش حرفه‌ای و عملی معلمان، ساختار نظام آموزشى متوسّطه، آموزش و مهیاسازی ضمن‌خدمت، برنامۀ کارورزى در حین خدمت، وظایف استاد راهنما و مراحل کارورزى پرداخته شده است. روش پژوهش تحلیلی - توصیفی است و منابع مورد استفاده برخی از سایت وزارت آموزش و پرورش و دانشگاه‌های کشور مصر و برخی از کتاب‌ها و مقالات عربی چاپ شده در زمینۀکارورزی گرفته شده است. نتایج این بررسی نشانگر آن است که نظام آموزش کشور مصر در پذیرش و موفقیت در آزمون ورودی و انجام مصاحبه در مورد جذب حساس هستند و برنامهای برای فعالیت دانشجومعلمها در کارورزی پیشبینی شده تا بیاموزند که چگونه یاد بگیرند و چگونه یادگیری خود را سازماندهی کنند. ویزگی خاص کارورزی در نظام آموزشی کشور مصر، تخصصی بودن آن است و برنامه کارورزی مصر در چهار مرحله انجام می شود که مرحله انجام تدریس مهمترین مرحله محسوب می شود؛ چرا که معلم راهنما مسئولیت آماده سازی، برنامه ریزی و اجرای کامل درس را بر عهده دانشجو معلم می گذارد. | ||

| In this article, the educational system, internship course and its implementation method in Ain Al-Shams University of Egypt are discussed. In the Egyptian education system, teacher training has played a role in the reform of teacher education and training as a process of self-direction, self-reflection, self-evaluation, and pre-service and in-service training has been followed with a coherent model. The purpose of this study is to study internships in Egyptian universities and how to attract and prepare student-teachers in teacher training centers. During the service, the duties of the tutor and the internship process are discussed. The research method is analytical-descriptive and the sources used are some of the websites of the Ministry of Education and universities of Egypt and some Arabic books and articles published in the field of internship. The results of this study show that the Egyptian education system is sensitive to admission and success in the entrance exam and conducting interviews, and a program is planned for student-teacher internships to learn how to learn and how to learn. Organize yourself. The special feature of internship in the educational system of Egypt is its specialization and the internship program in Egypt is done in four stages, which is the most important stage of teaching; Because the tutor is responsible for preparing, planning and completing the lesson, the student's teacher. | ||
