| چکیده | ||
| پیشینه و اهداف: اضطراب اجتماعی یکی از مشکلات روانشناختی است که تاثیرات منفی فراوانی بر سلامت روانشناختی و جسمانی نوجوانان دارد؛ بر همین اساس شناخت عوامل مرتبط با آن اهمیت فراوانی دارد. در این راستا هدف این پژوهش مقایسه اهمال کاری تحصیلی، تاب آوری و طرحوارههای ناسازگار اولیه در دانشآموزان با سطوح مختلف اضطراب اجتماعی بود. روشها: روش پژوهش علی- مقایسهای و جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشآموزان دختر دوره متوسطه شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 1402-1401 بود که از بین آن ها به روش طبقهای نسبتی، 398 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامههای هراس اجتماعی کانور و همکاران (2000)، فرم کوتاه پرسشنامه طرحوارههای ناسازگار اولیه یانگ و براون (2006)، مقیاس گرایش اهمالکاری تحصیلی تاکمن (1991) و مقیاس تابآوری کانر و دیویدسون (2003) استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس چند متغیری و آزمون تعقیبی بانفرونی انجام شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که دانشآموزان با اضطراب اجتماعی زیاد در مقایسه با دانش آموزان با اضطراب اجتماعی متوسط و کم، اهمال کاری تحصیلی و طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه بیشتری داشتند و از تاب آوری کمتری برخوردار بودند. نتیجهگیری: با توجه به اهمالکاری تحصیلی و طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه بیشتر و تاب آوری کمتر دانشآموزان با اضطراب اجتماعی زیاد در مقایسه با دانشآموزان سایر سطوح اضطراب اجتماعی، لزوم توجه به اضطراب اجتماعی دانشآموزان در برنامههای پیشگیری و درمانی بیش از پیش آشکار میشود. | ||

| Background and Objectives: Social anxiety is one of the psychological problems that has many negative effects on the psychological and physical health of teenagers. Accordingly, it is very important to know the factors related to it. In this regard, this study purpose was to comparison of academic procrastination, resilience and early maladaptive schemas in students with different levels of social anxiety. Methods: Method was causal-comparative and statistic population included all girls’ students high schols in Tehran city who were studying in the academic year of 2022-2023.A sample of 398 individuals was selected through Stratified sampling. Data were gathered using the social phobia inventory of Connor, et al. (2000), Young & Brown Schema Questionnaire–Short Form (2006), Academic procrastination orientation questionnaire of tuckman (1991) and Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (2000). The data were analyzed by Multivariate analysis of variance and Bonferroni post hoc test. Findings: The results showed that students with high social anxiety compared to students with medium and low social anxiety, had more Academic procrastination and early maladaptive schemas and lower resilience.
