| چکیده | ||
| پیشینه و اهداف: هدف پژوهش حاضر واکاوی تجارب زیسته پذیرفتهشدگان آزمون استخدامی آموزشوپرورش از بهکارگیری آموختههای دوره مهارتآموزی معلمی در مدارس بود. روشها: رویکرد پژوهش، کیفی و به روش پدیدارشناسی بود. شرکتکنندگان در پژوهش، تمامی معلمان پذیرفته شده در آزمون استخدامی آموزشوپرورش استان یزد در طول سالهای (1401-1399) بودند که با استفاده از شیوه نمونهگیری هدفمند و ملاک محور ترجیحی و با درنظر گرفتن ملاکهای ورود، چهارده نفر از آنان در پژوهش شرکت کردند. نمونهگیری تا مرحله اشباع دادهها ادامه یافت و ابزار پژوهش، مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختارمند بود. روش تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها کدگذاری و روش تعیین اعتبار دادهها سهسوسازی بود. یافتهها: تجارب پذیرفتهشدگان از چالشهای بهکارگیری دوره مهارتآموزی معلمی در دو مضمون شامل: عدم آمادگی مهارت آموزان (عدم آمادگی برای کلاسهای چندپایه و روستایی، تدریس، پایه تخصصی و متناسب با جنسیت) و احساس استرس و سردرگمی در شروع فعالیت معلمی (استرس، اضطراب و سردرگمی آغاز سال تحصیلی) قرار گرفت. مجموعه عواملی که زمینههای شکلگیری تجارب پذیرفتهشدگان از چالشهای بهکارگیری دوره مهارتآموزی معلمی را فراهم آورده شامل دو مضمون اصلی زمینههای نرم و رفتاری (کوتاه و نامناسب بودن زمان دوره، کیفیت دوره، حرفه-مندی اساتید، جو دوره مهارتآموزی، برنامهریزی و نظارت و ارزشیابی) و زمینههای سخت و تجهیزاتی (جمعیت کلاسها، عدم تفکیک مهارتآموزان با تجربه و مبتدی و امکانات و تجهیزات) بود. نتیجهگیری: دوره مهارت آموزی پذیرفته شدگان ماده 28 نتوانسته آنچنان که از این دوره انتظار میرود، مهارتآموزان را برای شروع تدریس آماده سازد و این امر سبب استرس و سردرگمی آنان در شروع به کار معلمی شده است. | ||

| Background and Objectives: The aim of the present study was to explore the lived experiences of the accepted candidates of the educational employment exam regarding the application of the skills learned during the teacher training course in schools. Methods: The research approach was qualitative and phenomenological. The participants in the study were all the teachers accepted in the employment exam of the Education Department of Yazd province during the years(2020-2022)., fourteen of them participated in the study. Sampling continued until the data saturation stage. They participated using a semi-structured in-depth interview tool. The data analysis method was coding. Findings: Based on the research findings, the experiences of the accepted candidates regarding the challenges of using the teacher training course were placed in two themes: lack of readiness of the trainees and feeling stress and confusion at the beginning of teaching. The set of factors from the challenges of using the teacher training course included two main themes of soft and behavioral backgrounds and hard and equipment backgrounds . Conclusion: The results of the research showed that the training course of the Article 28 accepted candidates has not been able to prepare the trainees for the start of teaching as expected. | ||
