| چکیده | ||
| پیشینه و اهداف: مشارکت والدین در فعالیتهای آموزشی امروزه یکی از نیازهای آموزشی تعلیم و تربیت است. اما گاهی این مشارکت به صورت مداخله و دخالت درکار معلم خود را نشان می دهد. هدف از این پژوهش واکاوی ادراک معلمان دوره ابتدایی درباره مداخله والدین در فعالیتهای آموزشی است. روشها: روش این پژوهش کیفی و از نوع پدیدارشناسی میباشد. مشارکتکنندگان پژوهش20 نفر از معلمان ابتدایی شهر سبزوار در سال 1403 میباشند. روش نمونهگیری هدفمند بود. داده ها با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمهساختار یافته جمعآوری شد و تا مرحله اشباع نظری اطلاعات ادامه یافت. یافتهها: یافتهها با استفاده از دو مرحله کدگذاری استراوس وکوربین تحلیل شد. نتایج در قالب 5 کد محوری طبقهبندی شد. یافتههای پژوهش بیانگر انواع مداخلات رایج والدین، مداخلات ضروری والدین، تعیین قواعد و حد و مرز برای مداخلات والدین و راهکارهای مدیریت مداخله والدین و آسیبهای مداخلات است. نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان داد که از دیدگاه معلمان، مداخله والدین در قالب چارچوب و تا جایی که حوزه تخصصی کار معلمان را تهدید نکند پذیرفتنی است. پیشنهاد می شود برای موثرتر کردن مداخلات والدین و بهبود روابط معلمان و اولیاء جلسات توجیهی برگزار شود و انتظارات هر یک از اعضا مشخص گردد. دخالت والدین در فرآیند آموزشی یکی از عوامل کلیدی در موفقیت تحصیلی دانشآموزان است. اما این دخالت، در برخی موارد، میتواند تأثیرات منفی بر عملکرد آموزشی و روانی دانشآموزان و همچنین بر کیفیت آموزش معلمان داشته باشد. بررسی این تأثیرات منفی در جهت شناخت و رفع نقاط ضعف احتمالی در نظام آموزشی ضروری است. | ||

| Background and Objectives: Parents' participation in educational activities is one of the educational needs. But sometimes this participation shows itself in the form of intervention and implementation in the teacher's work. The purpose of this research is to analyze the perception of elementary school teachers about parents'intervention in educational activities Methods: The method of this research is qualitative and phenomenological. The research participants are 20 primary school teachers of Sabzevar city in 1403. The sampling method was purposive. Data were collected using semi-structured interviews and continued until the theoretical saturation of information.. Findings: The findings were analyzed using two stages of Strauss and Corbin coding. The results were classified in the form of 5 core codes. The findings of the research indicate the types of common parental interventions, necessary parental interventions, determining the rules and boundaries for parental interventions, and the strategies for managing parental interventions and the harms of interventions. Conclusion: The results showed that from the point of view of the teachers, parental intervention is acceptable in the form of a framework and as long as it does not threaten the specialized field of the teachers' work. Examining these negative effects is necessary for identify a educational system. | ||
