چکیده | ||
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی آموزش شناختی ارتقای امید بر کاهش اهمالکاری تحصیلی دانشآموزان پسر مدارس دورة دوم متوسطه شهرسنندج در سال تحصیلی 94-93 است. روش تحقیق در این مطالعه آزمایشی و از نوع پیشآزمون- پسآزمون با گروه گواه و مرحله پیگیری بوده است و از مقیاس اهمالکاری لی بهعنوان ابزار پژوهش استفاده شده است. روش مداخله، براساس الگویی است که لوپز و اسنایدر در سال (2003) ارائه کردهاند. بدین منظور ابتدا 40 نفر به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای برای نمونه انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در 2 گروه 20 نفری (یک گروه آزمایشی و یک گروه گواه) گمارده شدند. برنامة آموزش شناختی ارتقای امید طی 8 جلسه 90 دقیقهای و در مدت 8 هفتة متوالی به دانشآموزان ارائه شد. گروه آزمایشی، تحت آموزش شناختی ارتقای امید قرار گرفت؛ در حالی که گروه گواه در مدت آزمایش هیچ مداخلهای دریافت نکردند. دادهها با آزمون تحلیل واریانس اندازهگیری مکرر و با نرمافزار 19spss مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان میدهد میانگین رفتارهای اهمالکاری گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه گواه در مراحل پسآزمون و پیگیری به طور معناداری کاهش یافته است (05/0>p). | ||

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cognitive hope enhancing training on reduction of academic procrastination in secondary high school boy students city of Sanandaj (academic year 2014-15). This has been an experimental research with a pre-test, post-test plan and a control group and follow up stage. The Lay procrastination Scale were used as a research tool. The intervention method was based on a model that Lopez and Snyder (2003) presented. So first 40 students (20 experimental, 20 control) were selected using random clustering sampling and then randomly divided into two 20-person groups, (an experimental group and a control group). The experimental group was taken under cognitive hope enhancing training during 8 sessions (each 90 min) and 1 session per week, while the control group was not. Data analyzed using repeated measures analysis of variance Test using SPSS 19. The results showed that applying this program as an effective intervention, reduced their academic procrastination (p<0.05). | ||
