| چکیده | ||
| تحقیق حاضر در باب بررسی رابطه و تعاملات در ساختار سازمانی مدرسه و آموزش‌و پرورش بر میزان رضایت شغلی نومعلمان ابتدایی شهرستان نجف آباد در سال های 1403-1401 بوده است. روش تحقیق از نوع پیمایشی بوده و 142 نفر به عنوان نمونه، با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده، استخراج شد. روش جمع آوری اطلاعات با استفاده از پرسشنامه استاندارد رضایت شغلی مینه سوتا(2000) برای بررسی میزان رضایت نو معلمان با سوالات بسته پاسخ، میزان رضایت معلمان ابتدایی در سال اول تدریس مورد بررسی و سنجش قرار گرفت. روایی این پرسشنامه توسط اساتیدو پژوهشگران در سیستم آموزشی دانشگاه فرهنگیان بررسی و تایید شد. پایایی پرسشنامه رضایت شغلی با آلفای کرونباخ79 /0 محاسبه گردید. پرسشنامه ها به صورت مجازی توسط پژوهشگران در گروه پیام‌رسان ایتا برای نومعلمان ارسال شد، پس از آن با استفاده از برنامه spss داده های وارد شده مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت و از انواع آزمون همبستگی و آزمون کلموگراف اسمیرنف بهره برده شد. نتایج حاصل از تحقیق در مورد فرضیه اول با 039/0Sig= تعاملات معلم و والدین با رضایت شغلی رابطه معناداری را نشان می‌دهد و رابطه حسنه همراه با احترام و رضایتمندی والدین با رضایت شغلی معلمان همسو می‌باشد و در فرضیه دوم که به ارتباطات و تعاملات معلم با همکاران و کادر مدرسه با رضایت شغلی معلمان001/0Sig= که کم‌تر ازمیزان بحرانی 05/=0α می‌باشدتایید شد و رابطه سبک‌های مدیریتی انسان‌مدارانه و وظیفه‌مدار با میزان رضایت شغلی رابطه ای معنادار (037/0Sig= و 041/0Sig=) را نشان می‌دهند. | ||

| The present research is about investigating the relationship and interactions in the organizational structure of school and education on the level of job satisfaction of new elementary teachers in Najaf Abad city in the years 1401-1403. The research method is a survey type and 142 people were selected as a sample using simple random sampling method. The method of data collection was using Minnesota's standard job satisfaction questionnaire (2000) to check the level of satisfaction of new teachers with closed answer questions, the level of satisfaction of elementary teachers in the first year of teaching was investigated and measured. The validity of this questionnaire was checked and confirmed by professors and researchers in Farhangian University's Akozashi system. The reliability of the job satisfaction questionnaire was calculated with Cronbach's alpha of 0.79. The entered data was analyzed using spss program and various types of correlation test and Kolmograph Smirnoff test were used. The results of the research on the first hypothesis with Sig=0.039 show a significant relationship between teacher and parent interactions and job satisfaction and a good relationship with parents' respect and satisfaction is aligned with teachers' job satisfaction and in the second hypothesis, it was confirmed that teacher's communication and interactions with colleagues and school staff with teachers' job satisfaction Sig=0.001, which is less than the critical level of α=0.05 and the relationship between human-oriented and task-oriented management styles with job satisfaction shows a significant relationship (Sig=0.037 and Sig=0.041). | ||
