| چکیده | ||
| چالش مهم کارورزی در دانشگاه فرهنگیان نبود چارچوب نظری مشخص و نقشۀ عملی آن است؛ بدین منظور، نظریه، ابعاد و مراحل آن ترسیم میگردد. کارورزی برنامهای برای پرورش حرفهای معلمان مبتنی بر نظریه و نظارت است و بر آن است تا میان نظر و عمل پل بزند. هدف از این پژوهش نیز بررسی مبنا، منطق و مهارتهای کارورزی 1 تا 4 در دانشگاه فرهنگیان است. روش پژوهش توصیفیتحلیلی است و رویکرد آن کیفی و نوع تحقیق نیز اسنادی است. در این بررسی، سرفصل هر کارورزی، معرفی درس و منطق آن، فرصتهای یادگیری، محتوای درس و ساختار آن، راهبردهای تدریس و یادگیری، منابع آموزشی و راهبردهای ارزشیابی یادگیری بررسی شده است. سپس شیوهنامۀ برنامۀ کارورزی دانشگاه فرهنگیان شامل شایستگیها، مهارتها و سطوح مختلف مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته است. یافتههای پژوهش نشان میدهد که کارورزی دانشگاه فرهنگیان دارای مبانی نظری و کاربردی قدرتمندی است و مبنای حرکت آن نیز بازاندیشی و تربیت معلم فکور است اما تبیین نظری آن قوی نیست و مهارتهای لازم برای انجام این امر مهم چندان فراهم نشده است. | ||

| The important challenge of internship in Farhangian University is the lack of a clear theoretical framework and its practical plan; For this purpose, the theory, its dimensions and stages are drawn. Internship is a program for the professional development of teachers, based on theory and supervision, and it aims to bridge the gap between opinion and practice. The purpose of this research also is to investigate the basis, logic and skills of internships 1 to 4 in Farhangian University. The research method is descriptive-analytical, its approach is qualitative and the type of research is also the documentary. In this survey, the headlines of each internship, lesson introduction and its logic, learning opportunities, lesson content and its structure, teaching and learning strategies, educational resources and learning evaluation strategies have been reviewed. Afterwards, the internship program manual of Farhangian University, including competencies, skills and different levels, has been analyzed. The findings of the research show that the internship of Farhangian University has strong theoretical and practical foundations and the basis of its movement is the reflection and training of reflective teachers, but the theoretical exploration is not powerful and skills necessary to do this important thing are not available. | ||
