| چکیده | ||
| پژوهش حاضر با هدف، پدیدارشناسی تجارب زیسته دانشجو معلمان و اساتید دانشگاه فرهنگیان از چالشهای کارورزی اجرا شده است. جامعه پژوهش دانشجو معلمان ترم آخر و اساتید با تجربه کارورزی بودند. براساس اشباع نظری، 6 نفر از اساتید و 10 نفر از دانشجو معلمان به شیوه هدفمند انتخاب شدند. دادهها از طریق مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته جمعآوری شد. در فرآیند کدگذاری باز، از طریق مصاحبه با دانشجومعلمان، 16 مفهوم در قالب 8 مقوله اصلی شناسایی شد. 8 مقوله استخراج شده از 12 مفهوم نیز، حاصل کدگذاری باز روی متن مصاحبهها با اساتید بود. روایی یافتهها براساس تأیید مشارکتکنندگان و نظارت و تأیید متخصصین حاصل شد. مهمترین مقولههای تجربه شده توسط دانشجو معلمان شامل: استرس، استاد راهنما، دروس پیشنیاز، مدیر مدرسه، معلم راهنما، شرایط مدرسه، زمان و سازماندهی بودند. مهمترین چالشهای تجربه شده توسط اساتید شامل: حجم تکالیف، محدودیت حضور در مدرسه، کمبود عضو هیئت علمی، دروس پیشنیاز، انتظارات مدیر، معلم راهنما، شرایط متفاوت مدارس و زمان بودند. | ||

| The present study was conducted with the aim of phenomenologically examining the lived experiences of student teachers and professors of Farhangian University regarding internship challenges. The research population was student teachers in their final semester and professors with internship experience. Based on theoretical saturation, 6 professors and 10 student teachers were purposively selected. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews. In the open coding process, 16 concepts were identified in the form of 8 main categories through interviews with student teachers. 8 categories extracted from 12 concepts were the result of open coding on the transcripts of interviews with professors. The validity of the findings was achieved based on the participants’ confirmation and the supervision and approval of experts. The most important categories experienced by student teachers included: stress, supervisor, prerequisite courses, school principal, supervisor, school conditions, time, and organization. The most important challenges experienced by professors included: workload, limited school attendance, lack of faculty members, prerequisite courses, expectations of the principal, supervisor, different school conditions, and time. | ||
