| چکیده | ||
| پیشینه و اهداف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، تبیین ویژگی‌های مدرسه انقلابی، مبتنی بر بیانات آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای است. روش‌ها: روش پژوهش تحلیل محتوای کیفی همه بیانات آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای راجع‌به بایسته‌های یک مدرسه انقلابی از زمان شروع رهبری ایشان تا سال 1402 است. یافته‌ها: نتایج کدگذاری سه مرحله‌ای باز، محوری و انتخابی، به استخراج 267 مفهوم، 29 مؤلفه و 9 بعد منجر شد. ویژگی‌های مدرسه انقلابی در ابعاد رسالت مدرسه شامل دو مؤلفه اهداف تربیتی و اهداف آموزشی؛ برنامه‌های آموزشی با پنج مؤلفه قلمرو دینی و اخلاقی، قلمرو علمی، قلمرو سیاسی و ملی، قلمرو اجتماعی و قلمرو اقتصادی؛ مربی با چهار مؤلفه ویژگی فردی، توجه به برنامه‌های دینی، سیاسی و ملی، توجه به برنامه‌های جذاب و کیفی کردن فعالیت پرورشی؛ مدیر با دو مؤلفه فرهنگی – تربیتی و آموزشی؛ معلم با سه مؤلفه شایستگی‌های اخلاقی، شایستگی‌های علمی و شایستگی‌های حرفه‌ای؛ دانش‌آموز با چهار مؤلفه خصوصیات اعتقادی، خصوصیات اجتماعی – سیاسی، خصوصیات اخلاقی و خصوصیات فکری؛ محتوای کتاب با پنج مؤلفه آموزه‌های دینی و ملی، فرهنگی، دقت و صحّت علمی، اصول انتخاب محتوا و شیوه نگارش؛ فضای مدرسه با چهار مؤلفه جو علمی- فرهنگی، جو روانی- امنیتی جو سیاسی و جو فیزیکی و سیاست‌های اصلاحی در دو بُعد ایجابی و سلبی مشخص گردید. نتیجه‌گیری: براساس یافته‌های پژوهش ویژگی‌های مطرح شده در مورد مدرسه انقلابی به تمام عرصه‌های آموزش‌وپرورش و برنامه‌های تربیتی - آموزشی نظر دارد و برای پیشرفت و اصلاح مدرسه، توجه به تمام ویژگی‌ها از جانب رهبران و برنامه‌ریزان ضرورت دارد. | ||

| Background and Objectives: The purpose of the current research is to explain the characteristics of the revolutionary school, based on the statements of Ayatollah Khamenei. Methods: The research method is to analyze the qualitative content of all Ayatollah Khamenei's statements regarding the requirements of a revolutionary school since the beginning of her leadership until 1402. Findings: The results of open, central and selective three-stage coding led to the extraction of 267 concepts, 29 components and 9 dimensions. The characteristics of the revolutionary school in terms of the mission of the school include two components: educational goals and educational goals; Educational programs with five components: religious and moral realm, scientific realm, political and national realm, social realm, and economic realm; A coach with four components of individual characteristics, paying attention to religious, political and national programs, paying attention to attractive programs and improving the quality of educational activities; manager with two cultural-educational and educational components; A teacher with three components of moral competence, scientific competence and professional competence; A student with four components of belief characteristics, socio-political characteristics, moral characteristics and intellectual characteristics; The content of the book with five components of religious and national teachings, cultural, accuracy and scientific accuracy, the principles of content selection and writing style; The atmosphere of the school was characterized by four components of scientific and cultural climate, psychological-security climate, political climate and physical climate and reform policies in two positive and negative dimensions.Conclusion: Based on the findings of the research, the characteristics mentioned about the revolutionary school are relevant to all fields of education and training-educational programs, and for the progress and reform of the school, it is necessary to pay attention to all the characteristics on the part of the leaders and planners. | ||
