| چکیده | ||
| هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی ویژگی‌های معلم در تراز نهج البلاغه می باشد. روش مورد استفاده در این پژوهش از نوع کیفی و مبتنی بر تحلیل مضمون می باشد. سوالات مطرح شده در پژوهش حاضر عبارتند از جایگاه و تعریف معلم از منظر نهج البلاغه و امام علی (ع) چیست؟ویژگی های معلم از منظر نهج البلاغه و امام علی (ع) کدامند؟ یافته های به دست آمده نشان می دهد در پاسخ به سوال نخست، معلم آغازگر تربیت است، تربیت صحیح و یا غلط از او شروع می شود. همچنین، معلمی در قاموس سخنان علی (ع) می تواند در کلید واژه های حساسیت اخلاقی نسبت به دیگران و مسئولیت در قبال آن ها معنا و تعریف شود. در پاسخ به سوال دوم نیز می توان به ویژگی هایی از جمله ویژگی های عام حساسیت اخلاقی، مسئولیت شناسی، تقوا محوری و مقبولیت؛ و همچنین، ویژگی های خاص نگرش،ذهنیت ، واقع نگری ،تجربه نگری ، نقدپذیری ، دانش‌افزایی و محبت محوری اشاره داشت. | ||

| The aim of the current research is to investigate the teacher's characteristics at the level of Nahj al-Balagha. The method used in this research is qualitative and based on thematic analysis. The questions raised in the present research are the position and definition of a teacher from the point of view of Nahj al-Balagha and Imam Ali (AS). What are the characteristics of a teacher from the perspective of Nahj al-Balagha and Imam Ali (AS)? The findings show that in response to the first question, the teacher is the initiator of education, correct or incorrect education starts from him. Also, a teacher in the dictionary of Ali's words can be defined in the key words of moral sensitivity towards others and responsibility towards them. In response to the second question, one can refer to the general characteristics of moral sensitivity, responsibility, piety and acceptability; And also, the specific characteristics of attitude, mentality, realism, empiricism, criticality, knowledge-building, and loving-centeredness were mentioned. | ||
