چکیده | ||
هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی و تعامل مولفه های سبک های رهبری و ابعاد توسعه کارآفرینی در دانشگاه های ایران بود. روش تحقیق ترکیبی به صورت کیفی- کمی بود، جامعه آماری شامل کلیه مسئولین، مدیران و معاونان دانشگاه های کارآفرین(شامل دانشگاه تهران، تربیت مدرس، فرهنگیان، فنی و حرفه ای و فردوسی مشهد) که تعداد آنها 60 نفر بود. در دو مرحله: کیفی 15 نفر و در مرحله کمی براساس فرمول کوکران تعداد ۵۲ نفر به صورت هدفمند به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار تحقیق مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته و پرسشنامه بود، برای شناسایی مولفه های سبک رهبری و دانشگاه کارآفرین، همچنین رتبه بندی وتعیین مقدار تاثیرپذیری مولفه های تحقیق از آزمون های آماری با استفاده از نرم افزار MicMac و Spss استفاده شد. براساس تجزیه و تحلیل داده های کیفی حاصل از مصاحبه های عمیق و اکتشافی، کدگذاری و تحلیل داده های کیفی مولفه های شناسایی شده در بعد رهبری تحول آفرین 7 مولفه طبقه بندی شدند و برای دانشگاه کارآفرین نیز 7 مولفه دیگر طبقه بندی شدند. همچنین مشخص شد سبک رهبری تحول گرا مدیران بر توسعه کارآفرینی در دانشگاه ها تاثیر گذار و معنی دار بود. | ||

The aim of this study was to identify and interact with the components of leadership styles and dimensions of entrepreneurship development in Iranian universities. The combined research method and statistical population included experts from entrepreneurial universities in the country, which numbered 60 people, Based on Cochran's formula, 52 people were purposefully selected as a sample. The research tools were interviews and questionnaires. To determine the ranking and effectiveness and effectiveness of the research components were analyzed through statistical tests using MicMac and Spss software. The results showed that transformational leadership style has a great impact on the development of entrepreneurship in universities. | ||
